We had a very nice time in the accommodation of Sandra and Franziska. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love and you feel right at home! The amenities exceed every expectation and surprised us a lot. A lot of effort is put into this and focuses on special features. We've never before experienced it. On the cozy balcony with beautiful views of the lake and mountains you can have a great breakfast or end the day! Had a great time!

Gabi and Axel were lovely hosts. From the moment the stay was booked, we received a welcome email. They were always quick to answer any questions even with the time zone difference. The place was so cute and clean, we wished we stayed longer. The location was ideal, not too far from city center but far enough from all the noise. I do recommend rentin a car to travel around Munich. 100% recommend this place!

It was the perfect place for us to stay. Everything was super clean and maintained. There is a lot of love in the apartment, so you feel very comfortable. For us, the accommodation offered a great starting point for excursions to Lake Tegernsee, Lake Chiemsee and Salzburg. We recommend.

The apartment is really very nice and modernly furnished. With a lot of love for detail. Everything is available, from the washer-dryer to the hot air fryer. It's all as described. And the hosts are very sweet and nice.

Our family of 4 adults spent a great week at Mike's place. Roomy. Spotlessly clean. Comfortably furnished. Mike was the perfect host. Friendly, generous. Not intrusive. Markt Schwaben is a great Bavarian town. Lovely, clean, peaceful. Convenient for Munich, Therme Erding, so many breweries. Would very much like to revisit.

Super clean room, I felt right at home. Quiet location. Functional small kitchen.

We had 3 great days. The accommodation is quiet and the weather was good, so we could sit outside for a long time in the evening. The communication and information before arrival and departure were clear and good. If it wasn't so far away from us, we'd love to come back. Thank you 😊

We had very nice days in Christa's apartment! The apartment is clean, has everything you need, a beautiful garden and a fantastic view of the mountains from the living room. There is a lot to discover in the area and you can also hike directly from the farm. Christa and her family are really child-friendly, very nice and helpful. Thank you again!

We had a wonderful stay with Christine and Reinhard. The apartment was spacious, super clean and there was everything you need for a few days vacation. In addition, Christine and Reinhard are very nice hosts, totally uncomplicated and always friendly. I'm sure we'll be back :)

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful and cozy apartment. It is well equipped and lovingly decorated, in addition to the beautiful view from the balcony to Lake Tegernsee . Lake, shops and restaurants are reachable in a few minutes. On top still the parking space in the underground parking and extremely warm hosts. What more could you ask for? When we entered the apartment, we were very surprised at how large this apartment is. Everything is super nice and cozy and nothing was missing. Neither in the kitchen nor in the bathroom. The area itself is also super beautiful. You live, so to speak, between the fields. Lake Chiemsee is only 20 minutes away by car. There is a super nice and delicious Italian restaurant within a 10-minute walk. Communication with Madlen was also great. She responded quickly to questions and the like and immediately proposed a solution. We highly recommend this apartment and would have loved to stay there longer!

We, 4 adults and 2 dogs enjoyed staying at Bettina's place very much. We felt very comfortable and our dogs were also warmly welcomed. The apartment is very nicely decorated and perfect for the number of people. Bettina is a very warm and helpful host (she even invited us to a private celebration). She gave us many great tips for excursions and hikes. The location is perfect and you can do a lot in the area (Traunstein, Chiemsee, Berchtesgaden , Salzburg). We will be happy to come back.❤️🐶🐓🌷⛰️☀️

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our getaway in the apartment. We had a very nice contact with the landlord. The location is wonderfully quiet and yet you can quickly reach the Schliersee or Spitzingsee. The Josefstaler waterfall is only a short walk away, we even went there twice. The baker around the corner had delicious rolls for our breakfast on the small balcony. The furnishings of the apartment were very good and as described. Everything you need for everyday vacation life was there. We slept particularly well, the bed was comfortable and the peace and quiet was heavenly. You can only hear the rushing of the stream and the occasional ringing of the cowbells. For us, the opportunity to charge electricity cheaply in our own parking space was particularly good. We thank you for the wonderful time and can recommend the apartment from the heart.

The place was really great. The apartment is one of several in the house. The entire apartment was super clean and fully matched the pictures and description. The kitchen is fully equipped and the induction hob, oven and microwave are modern and in excellent condition. The host - Freddy - was always easy to reach and always responded promptly. The surrounding area is very beautiful and idyllic. The whirlpool was very relaxing and has a beautiful view in the garden! A In addition, the barbecue hut can be booked, which is slightly elevated above the house. This is also very modern and lovingly designed. All in all, I can highly recommend the accommodation and would travel there again at any time. We were only in Erding and on site, so I can't say much about the connection to Munich etc.

We felt comfortable right away, everything was very clean and nicely furnished. Absolutely sufficient for two adults with a dog. The Whirli was our highlight and already heated up and usable upon our arrival:) Beautiful hiking trails can be started directly from the apartment and the beautiful outdoor swimming pool is just around the corner. We ate deliciously in the inns in the village :) We fell in love with the village of Flintsbach directly, everyone was super friendly, as well as the contact by messages with our hostess. We will definitely come again!!!!!

Christine and Josef are very warm and reliable hosts. They were always there with advice. Good tips and literature for companies! Our 8-year-old daughter was allowed to pet the rabbits and take a look in the barn. The new apartment was provided with loving details.

This was a great little place near Munich. Mustahsin was a fabulous host! He was there to meet us at the property, and even came looking for us when we got lost! It was a comfortable place to stay. I would consider staying there again if I find myself in the area.
