Our guesthouse in the center of Limmen has been completely renovated in Jan/Feb 2024 with a completely new bathroom. It is an attached apartment (30m2) with its own entrance and all amenities (AH, bakery, etc) 3 minutes on foot. The beautiful North Holland dune area and the beach (10 minutes), but also Alkmaar(15 minutes) and Amsterdam(30 minutes) are easily accessible. Parking is on the street and is free. You can use the bikes for free. You will receive a private piece of garden at your disposal.

We built it with much love and fun in a creative, organic way from recycled, found and donated materials. Holiday Home Mila is located in the coast village Egmond aan Zee, 50 meters from the dunes and 100 meters from the center. The beach is 300 meters away from the house. In the village there are several good restaurants, bars and lovely terraces. The supermarket is 200 meters away. The center of the cozy cheese town of Alkmaar can easily be reached by bus with 20 minutes. A day in Amsterdam is also a possibility. From the train station (Heiloo or Alkmaar) every half hour a train goes to A'dam.

Graft-De Rijp is a lovely historical Dutch town. B & B Mooie Dromen (Sweet Dreams) is centrally located in North Holland. Within half an hour you'll be in the centre of Amsterdam but also in Alkmaar, Volendam, Zaanse Schans. We offer you a spacious private guest house in a beautiful surrounding. You'll have a lot of privacy and the owner is happy to inform you and make it as comfortable as possible. The cottage is suitable for couples, solo business travelers and families (with children).

On the second floor of a rebuilt traditional Waterland house is this beautifully renovated apartment, once used as a hayloft. Located in the protected natural area of the Zeevang polder land (EU Natura 2000), famous for its birds like godwits, spoonbills, and lapwings. The view it offers is among the most beautiful in the Netherlands. Middelie is very near Amsterdam (25 km). Other historical places like Edam, Volendam, Marken, Hoorn, and Alkmaar are never far away (5–30 min. by car).

Ons gezellige gastenverblijf is in 2019 verbouwd van oude aluminium fabriek naar energie neutrale tinyhouse van 40m2. Het staat vrij in de achtertuin van ons verbouwde huis in Limmen. Het ligt dichtbij de duinen, het strand en bossen. De grotere steden Alkmaar, Haarlem en Amsterdam bevinden zich op rijafstand. Met het openbaar vervoer is het ook goed te doen, maar een eigen auto maakt het vele malen makkelijker. Met een fiets kun je het beste genieten van de omgeving.

Built in 1888, this is one of the oldest boats in Amsterdam and is located in the Jordaan near the Anne Frank house and the Central Station. The ship has 5G internet, TV, central heating and a free parking space. U has the exclusive use. Outside on the deck one has a beautiful view of the Keizersgracht and there are many shops and restaurants around the corner.

Ilpendam is a picturesque village near Amsterdam, in 10 minutes you can be at Amsterdam Central Station by bus. You have a view of the garden and the adjacent park with butterfly garden and playground. Parking is free in front of the door.
