Apartment holiday rentals in Grafton County

We can't say enough about how great this apartment was for us and how great Sandy and Tom are both as hosts and as people! Sandy is very accommodating and makes her guests feel so welcome by providing everything they might need (and also things they didn't know they needed but were glad to have!). The unit is well stocked and furnished very comfortably. The location by the lake is beautiful and it's so convenient to be right on the lake and also a short walk into town (and an even shorter drive). Our daughter and granddaughter had a lot of fun on the 2 paddle boards, and we used the canoe as well to explore the lake. There are plenty of chairs to sit by the lake, and it was really nice to sit around the firepit in the evening. We hope we'll have the opportunity to go back to Meredith and stay with Sandy and Tom again.

What a wonderful stay we had at Bill & Lil's! There was excellent communication from beginning to end and everything is exactly as described. There is plenty of space for 2-4 to enjoy a comfortable stay. The entire property is beautiful and well cared for. Perfect location for a quiet, relaxing get-away yet only a short drive to a variety of restaurants, wineries, brewery, grocery stores, shopping and much more. A big THANK YOU to them for being AMAZING hosts! The thoughtful touches from Lil were very much appreciated. We will most definitely be back.

A very comfortable abode. Would recommend. Was concerned about our uke music and voices disturbing residents above us. Especially liked the nearby rail trail for walking and biking.

I booked Nancy’s and Rebecca’s place as a basecamp to explore the NH lake region and the White Mountains. I travelled with my dog and a friend. Their place was perfect for our needs - quiet, spacious, comfortable, clean, nicely updated and decorated. It was also perfectly located to explore the many towns, restaurants and go on many beautiful hikes. The restaurant on the ground floor has excellent food and a super friendly staff. The local folks were super friendly. We really enjoyed every minute of our stay!

We had a fantastic time here, got completely snowed in and loved staying cozy in the apartment. Sarah is super nice and friendly. The apartment is above the detached garage, and we had complete privacy, but could ask questions and get suggestions from the hosts with no problem. Looking forward to coming back :)

Leslie’s space was awesome. Definitely what me and the wife needed for a quick weekend getaway. We golfed at Owls Nest about 10 min down the highway and it was a great spot to stay in! Thanks Leslie!!

this was an amazing place to stay was very comfortable felt right at home soon as I walked in. it was spotless and it had everything that she described. she was very prompt with responses when you asked a question. if you want a quiet comfortable place with a host that is absolutely amazing then you want to rent here definitely worth it.

Came to Adam’s place for leave peeping. The location is great and close to restaurants, grocery store and outdoor activities. The surroundings are very beautiful. We were there during a very busy weekend. Adam was responsive about our check-in time and instructions.

Amelia was very attentive, friendly and polite. The please was clean, comfortable, and very cozy. Very convenient location for skiing.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect. It was quiet and private while being close to the conference center (a 3 minute walk) and shops/restaurants of the town square (a 5 minute walk). The condo was exactly what we needed and extremely clean. The kitchen is nicely updated and the living room area has lots of natural light and is perfect for watching a movie after dinner. This is an end unit and faces the woods instead of the road or parking lot which added to its peacefulness. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful unit, recently updated. Kitchen had all items needed to cook and eat in. Great addition of coffee pods for consumption and games to play or books to read. Walking distance to the community center which was a huge plus, as other units are much further and you need to drive. Quick response to any questions.

Very spacious and amazing location. Everything was walking or 15 min drive max to the places were wanted to go to. Would definitely come back here if I’d be in the area.

This stay was amazing! The place itself is beautiful, insanely clean and we'll kept! The area is stunning and the view from the deck is just beautiful! Maura was responsive when we had a couple of questions and the photos do not do her place justice - it's absolutely perfect! My family and I had the best time and the pool and hot tub were bonuses for the kids! A great night away, we couldn't have been happier💜 Thank you Maura!

Absolutely amazing place to stay. The house was in an amazing location. The view was breath taking, third floor location and while it was almost like a hotel, you felt very isolated from the neighbors. Even the porch was closed off so you had your own space. I have told all my friends about this house and did nothing short of rave about it! All the beds were very comforable. The pull out couch was very comfortable as a couch instead of a bed which the kids thought was great. The amenities were great, we had the pool alone for quite a while and there is a path to the pemi from the building.

Briana's place was such a welcome refuge after long days at the hospital. It was quiet, comfortable, and the kitchenette was great! She was very accommodating to an earlier check-in time and responsive to my messages. Very recommended !

We had an awesome stay, it was a college girls reunion. It poured cats and dogs, but it didn’t matter, cause we sat around and drank tea and knit, and it was awesome. The accommodations were better than pictured, and it was just fantastic.

Perfect Airbnb. We stayed for a long weekend and had a wonderful time. The hot tub, pool table, dart board, piano, book collection, and giant tv ensured we were never bored. The view was incredible, it felt like we were in a movie. The hosts answered very quickly whenever we had a question, and they also ensured we had a lot of privacy, which was really appreciated. 10000/10! I would stay here again and again and again. No complaints at all.

This place was spacious and fun! The highlight for us was the view and the sound of the river and the birds. It was peaceful and just what we were looking for. Being on the first floor, close to the doors was incredibly convenient. There were luggage carts that helped us get our stuff in quickly and with minimal effort. The place was well stocked with quality towels and dishes, cleaning supplies and extra sheets. All around, it’s a great place to relax for the weekend. We would definitely book again.

Loni’s place is nicely designed and furnished, very comfortable. It is walking distance from great attractions, shops, restaurants, and cafes.

Modern and cozy condo stay in the mountains of New Hampshire just a stones throw from many restaurants and activities. The room was well appointed with quality linens, comfortable (brand new?) beds, and minimal-modern furnishings. We had a great stay and enjoyed many of the onsite amenities including the hot tub, game room, and community lounge.

This place is walkable to down town Lincoln, right across the street from a hand full of restaurants and close to Loon Mtn. We were up for our annual hiking trip so way under utilized all it has to offer, but the beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything we needed for pre hike breakfast prep, and the showers felt like a million bucks at the end of the day. Would be happy to come back and stay again.
