La maison à l’exposition plein sud est édifiée sur un terrain arboré de 3000m2 partiellement clos.

Le fournil de Theuville est une ancienne boulangerie située à 10 minutes de la mer et 15 minutes de la ville de Fécamp, ses musés et ses nombreuses activités. Elle à été entièrement rénovée en logement d'habitation d'une surface de 80 m² et dispose d'un terrain de 1800 m². Vous y trouverez un grand nombre d'équipements pour votre confort.
