NOTE: The pool will be available from June to September, and the wood-burning stove will be out of service for the winter of 2026-2027, but the house is well heated. Le Fournil de Theuville is a former bakery located 10 minutes from the sea and 15 minutes from the town of Fécamp, its museums and its many activities. It was completely renovated into a residential dwelling with a surface area of 80 m² and has a plot of 1800 m². You will find a large number of amenities for your convenience.

The south-facing house is built on a partially enclosed 3000 m2 wooded lot.
