The apartment is located in an apartment building with a total of three apartments. The city center of Leibnitz is about 15 minutes away, the South Styrian Wine Route is about 30 minutes away and the highway is only 5 minutes away. Perfect for solo travelers or couples to spend a lovely time in southern Styria.

The beautiful, ~50m2 apartment, newly renovated in June 2025, is the perfect starting point for a stay in Graz. Located in the center, you can reach the main square as well as the hip Lendplatz in 5 minutes on foot. Apartment is fully equipped. The tram and bus stop are 2 minutes away, and you can reach the main train station in 10 minutes. In the middle of life, the accommodation is nevertheless quietly located and invites you to live and/or work.

From this centrally located place, you can reach all the important places in southern and eastern Styria, Graz and Slovenia in about 20 minutes by car. A safe playground with a swing, sandbox, pedal vehicles and much more awaits the little guests for a carefree time away from the hustle and bustle and noise. Cyclists have direct access to the bike path network. Relaxing forest walks directly from the house let your soul breathe.
