On a 4-acre estate where olives and truffles are grown, enjoy an 11-meter swimming pool with garden, BBQ, and pétanque court. Ideal for exploring Lourmarin, Roussillon, and the Sentier des Ocres, with stunning views of the Luberon. Swimming at Étang de la Bonde (15 min) and Aix-en-Provence 30 min away. With a surface area of 10 m2, it is equipped with a kitchenette, a shower, a dry toilet (outside), an alcove bed (140x200 cm), a bench, a table, two stools, a terrace overlooking a small private pond (3x2 m - filled with water from May to September), and a sauna. Quiet and separate from our house, it offers splendid views of the hills and surrounding nature.
