Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Gran Alacant

Es apartamento es una pasado a dos minutos andando de la playa. La casa es tal cual las fotos y estaba impoluta. Tienes también plaza de garaje, pero no la utilicé porque durante nuestra estancia pude aparcar siempre en la puerta del apartamento. La terraza es enorme y con el toldo se puede comer y cenar fuera siempre. La cocina tiene todo el equipamiento necesario para cualquier estancia. 100% seguro que volveremos.

We arrived to find the apartment was exactly as we had expected from the description. Well furnished and equipped with a Spanish feel and absolutely amazing sea views, the impact of which hit you immediately you enter. The apartment had everything we needed, including bikes which are kept in a separate locked room on the ground floor. Access to the beach and Bar/Cafes was a three minute walk away and there were many restaurants within 10 minutes walk. We highly recommend this property. We loved it so much we asked if we could stay an extra week and happily we were able to do so. I have no complaints at all and any questions that cropped up during our stay were handled by the host immediately and efficiently.

Alexandra a une très bonne communication et nous a très bien renseignée, même pendant le séjour elle nous demande si on manque de rien. L'appartement est propre est idéalement placé. Un balcon avec une belle vue est agréable pour le soir, trop chaud la journée en juin. Tout est à côté et la mer a 5-10 min a pied. Tous ce qu'il faut comme équipements tant dans la cuisine que pour aller a la plage est présent pour passe un bon séjour. L'immeuble est immense mais tres propre et calme, comme de partout a alicante dans les copopriete piscine,terrain de tennis, aire de jeux privé. je recommande vivement cette location. Pour notre part aucun regret et nous y reviendrons si l'occasion ce presente.

The apartment is big and beautiful, with a huge terrace. It’s just a 3-minute walk to the beach. There are restaurants and small shops nearby ( larger supermarket is about 4 km away ). The apartment was clean and exactly like in the photos. Communication was great. Since we stayed for a month, we really appreciated the good Wi-Fi and the beautiful sunrises in the mornings. :) Highly recommended – thanks again!

Logement bien équipé, fidèle à la description. Les produits managers de base disponible sont un plus. Suffisamment de serviettes, oreillers supplémentaires, torchons de cuisines. Equipement de cuisine assez complet. Quartier calme, immeuble aussi. Accès à pied à la plage.

La mejor forma de evaluar mi estancia es diciendo que volveré, sin duda. Africa, la anfitriona, ha sido excelente en todo momento; muy amable, simpática y accesible siempre. El apartamento muy acogedor, con unas vistas excelentes, orientado al este; todas las mañanas he disfruta de un amanecer inigualable. El apartamento estaba perfecto en todos sus aspectos. En fin, que hemos estado como en casa. MUY RECOMENDABLE. :-)

We had the most wonderful experience at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless and welcoming. Pilar was a great host and was incredibly kind allowing an earlier check in and later check out. She provided detailed instructions, making check-in a breeze. Carlos was there to meet us and he was great. The space itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect – quiet yet close to everything we wanted to explore. Carlos was great with the local recommendations. I truly felt we were well taken care of and would definitely book again if we visit Alicante again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-appointed spot with an exceptional host!

This is a two bedroom flat, so good for three visitors. It is close to the airport, so very handy and convenient (some noise, but not at all unbearable). Close to a bus stop, so very easy for visits to Alicante city centre. Nearby beach is pleasant. Kitchen has required appliances, including dishwasher, oven, gas hob, washing machine. In the bathroom there was also a hairdryer, which we hadn't realised so had brought our own. The balcony/veranda is good because you are sheltered from winds whilst sitting down for dinner!

We had the best stay here in the most beautiful surroundings. The place was very clean with thoughtful touches and had everything we could ever need!

lovely stay at this villa which comfortably took 6 of us. nice private pool and the BBQ is excellent. a walk to the high street and good supermarkets. Not for the airbnb but for others booking... taxis are quite difficult to get at short notice and there is no public transport

Sono davvero contenta di aver scelto questo alloggio. È facilmente accessibile. L'arredamento mi è piaciuto molto. La cura nei minimi dettagli lo rende meraviglioso. Inoltre è molto fornito per soddisfare ogni bisogno. Alex è stato molto gentile e super disponibile. Il posto è molto tranquillo e la posizione dell'alloggio è molto funzionale in quanto è vicino a tutto. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene e ci ritorneremo di sicuro

We spent 2 nights at Moisés' casa rural and were lucky to be the only occupants to enjoy the property. Tastefully decorated home, peaceful surroundings, great swimming pool, large enclosed and secured area for our dog to enjoy. Moisés was the perfect host and made himself available to deal with any issue. This is a place we would love to come back. Highly recommended.

Wir waren für 5 Tage in Alicante und haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr gut war auch, dass wir unser Gepäck schon um 11 Uhr in der Wohnung abgeben konnten und somit direkt ohne Gepäck die 5 Minuten an den Strand laufen konnten. Die Wohnung ist sauber und aufgeräumt. Das Highlight ist die schöne Dachterrasse von der man einen Blick aufs Meer hat und abends, wenn es nicht mehr so heiß ist, gemütlich noch etwas trinken kann.

Ha sido una estadía estupenda, el apartamento era súper cómodo y fácil de encontrar, súper tranquilo y a muy pocos metros del mar. Sin duda volveríamos a repetir. Incluso Adolfo ha sido siempre muy amable y ha respondido rápidamente todo, nos lo hemos disfrutado en familia este fin de semana gracias!!!!

Jestem zachwycona pobytem u Rosa Maria! Mieszkanie jest absolutnie fantastyczne. Spełniło wszystkie nasze oczekiwania. Czyste, bezpieczne, wyposażone we wszystko co potrzebne do wakacyjnego pobytu dla kilku osób. Uwielbiałyśmy poranną kawę na tarasie:-). Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra: pod domem przystanek autobusowy i tramwajowy. W kilka minut jesteś na plaży albo w centrum miasta. W odległości krótkiego spaceru są sklepy spożywcze, apteka i restauracja. Do tego Rosa Maria - najlepszy gospodarz, jakiego można sobie wymarzyć!! Opiekowała się nami przez cały pobyt i była bardzo życzliwa i serdeczna. Wrócimy do niej na pewno. Mam nadzieję, że niedługo!

The apartment was lovely-new building and immaculate. All you need inside and nice quiet location. Great underground garage parking for my camper van (2.1m height) and bikes although plenty of safe parking just outside. Great location, on the sea front with views of walking area and sea. Just a 5 or so minute walk to the lovely beach surrounded by nice restaurants. Hope to be back soon. Thanks.

Eines der schönsten Airbnb in denen ich bisher war. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb vom Stadtzentrum (line 5,4 und L21 halten nahe der Unterkunft) dafür aber direkt am langen san juan Strand. Dort kann man auch liegen und Schirme mieten. Alternativ ist in der Unterkunft ein Sonnenschirm für den Strand vorhanden. Den san juan Strand fand ich schöner und nicht ganz so stark überlaufen, wie der Strand in der Innenstadt. Ca. 30 Minuten mit der Bahn/bus bis Pouerta del mar in der Innenstadt. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gut ausgestattet z.b. auch mit Salz, Pfeffer, Öl und Essig. Tetyana war super freundlich und bei Fragen schnell zu erreichen. Sie hat mir sogar Insektenspray besorgt und vorbeigebracht, da der Supermarkt sonntags zu hatte. Der Supermarkt ist sehr nah an der Unterkunft und der Strand ist in ca. 10 Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen. Wenn man viel am Strand entspannen möchte ist das die perfekte Unterkunft. Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Airbnb. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The house was close to lidl and mc Donalds. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions and helpful local recommendations.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolle Aussicht. Nur weniger Meter zum sensationellen Sandstrand. Gute Möglichkeiten sich zu bewegen. Kleiner Supermarkt in der Nähe. Wenn es überhaupt etwas gibt was fehlte, waren dies Strandhandtücher und 2 Liegen, die man auf dem Balkon und am Strand nutzen könnte - vor allem weil es hier am Strand nachmittags oft sehr windig ist ... Aber so wie ich Dani kennengelernt habe, wird er diese Lücken wohl sehr schnell schließen :-))

I stayed here for a couple of months. It's a beautiful apartment in a stunning and peaceful setting. The apartment is really spacious and very well equipped with a wonderful terrace and stunning views out over the sea. There is a great little shop next door. The apartment is only a couple of minutes from the tram into El Campello/Luceros/Benidorm. And just a minute further to the bars/restaurants and the cove with its secluded little beach. Great host who was super helpful and responsive.

Great place, beautiful location; there are other guests on the property but not a problem. Host was very helpful and kind and you got all you needed in the place. Thanks for all!
