Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Gran Alacant

This apartment is a gem, just a two-minute walk from the beach. The house is just like the photos and was pristine. You also have a garage space, but I didn't use it because during our stay I could always park at the door of the apartment. The terrace is huge and with the awning you can always eat and dine outside. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment for any stay. 100% sure we'll be back.

We arrived to find the apartment was exactly as we had expected from the description. Well furnished and equipped with a Spanish feel and absolutely amazing sea views, the impact of which hit you immediately you enter. The apartment had everything we needed, including bikes which are kept in a separate locked room on the ground floor. Access to the beach and Bar/Cafes was a three minute walk away and there were many restaurants within 10 minutes walk. We highly recommend this property. We loved it so much we asked if we could stay an extra week and happily we were able to do so. I have no complaints at all and any questions that cropped up during our stay were handled by the host immediately and efficiently.

Alexandra has very good communication and informed us very well, even during the stay she asks us if we are missing anything. The apartment is clean and ideally located. A balcony with a beautiful view is nice for the evening, too hot during the day in June. Everything is nearby and the sea is 5-10 min walk. All the equipment you need both in the kitchen and to go to the beach is there for a good stay. The building is huge but very clean and quiet, like everywhere in Alicante in the condominiums, swimming pool, tennis court, private playground. i highly recommend this rental. For our part, no regrets and we will come back if the opportunity arises.

The apartment has beautiful views accross the bay. It was well equipped and everything we were looking for. Its quiet in the evening, but close to a few shops and restaurants. The beach and sea are divine. My husband and I had a wonderful break, would definitley return to the apartment. It was big enough for the two of us. AFrika is freindly and approachable. Everything was perfect.

We had a great holiday staying at the apartment. It was very homely. The terrace was a real added bonus in the heat . It was well kitted out too with toys and beach towels. Marisa was very helpful with recommendations.

Pilar was a great host and was incredibly kind allowing an earlier check in and later check out. She provided detailed instructions, making check-in a breeze. Carlos was there to meet us and he was great. The space itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect – quiet yet close to everything we wanted to explore. Carlos was great with the local recommendations. I truly felt we were well taken care of and would definitely book again if we visit Alicante again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-appointed spot with an exceptional host!

We had the best stay here in the most beautiful surroundings. The place was very clean with thoughtful touches and had everything we could ever need!

lovely stay at this villa which comfortably took 6 of us. nice private pool and the BBQ is excellent. a walk to the high street and good supermarkets. Not for the airbnb but for others booking... taxis are quite difficult to get at short notice and there is no public transport

We spent 2 nights at Moisés' casa rural and were lucky to be the only occupants to enjoy the property. Tastefully decorated home, peaceful surroundings, great swimming pool, large enclosed and secured area for our dog to enjoy. Moisés was the perfect host and made himself available to deal with any issue. This is a place we would love to come back. Highly recommended.

We were in Alicante for 5 days and felt very comfortable in the accommodation. It was also very good that we were able to drop off our luggage in the apartment at 11 a.m. and thus could walk directly to the beach in 5 minutes without luggage. The apartment is clean and tidy. The highlight is the beautiful roof terrace from which you have a view of the sea and in the evening, when it is not so hot, you can still have a drink.

Pablo was always available, small problems (Internet) were solved faster. Apartment clean with everything you need. Quiet location 500 m from the beach on foot. Price very good for this apartment. Pablo wrote us an email as a thank you for the cleanliness, which we left.

The apartment was lovely-new building and immaculate. All you need inside and nice quiet location. Great underground garage parking for my camper van (2.1m height) and bikes although plenty of safe parking just outside. Great location, on the sea front with views of walking area and sea. Just a 5 or so minute walk to the lovely beach surrounded by nice restaurants. Hope to be back soon. Thanks.

One of the most beautiful Airbnbs I've been to so far. The location is a bit outside the city center (lines 5, 4 and L21 stop near the accommodation) but directly on the long San Juan beach. You can also lie down there and rent umbrellas. Alternatively, there is a parasol for the beach in the accommodation. I found the San Juan beach more beautiful and not quite as crowded as the beach in the city center. Approximately 30 minutes by train/bus to Pouerta del mar in the city center. The accommodation was clean and well equipped, e.g. also with salt, pepper, oil and vinegar. Tetyana was super friendly and quick to reach if you had any questions. She even got me insect spray and brought it over because the supermarket was closed on Sundays. The supermarket is very close to the accommodation and the beach is about 10 minutes' walk away. If you want to relax a lot on the beach, this is the perfect accommodation. Thanks for the stay 🙂

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Airbnb. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The house was close to lidl and mc Donalds. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions and helpful local recommendations.

Dani's apartement was fantastic, in a great location with sea views as stated and just 50m from the beach. The apartment had everything we needed (with one minor exception - a couple of sun loungers on the balcony would make it perfect!). All in all I wouldn't hessiate to recomend this as a super place to stay in Guardamar.

I stayed here for a couple of months. It's a beautiful apartment in a stunning and peaceful setting. The apartment is really spacious and very well equipped with a wonderful terrace and stunning views out over the sea. There is a great little shop next door. The apartment is only a couple of minutes from the tram into El Campello/Luceros/Benidorm. And just a minute further to the bars/restaurants and the cove with its secluded little beach. Great host who was super helpful and responsive.

We were very comfortable in the apartment, the location is very good, with services and the beach is very close. Communication with the owner was very easy, quick and good! Highly recommended.
