You will find 2 cottages, 1 of which is perfect for two people. 180 x 200 king size bed. Beautiful fully-equipped living room. Walk-in shower. Large west-facing terrace, with garden furniture and dining table. Direct access to the large heated pool in season. Bathrobes and towels will accompany you to the spa (jacuzzi and sauna). The house has a dining room, kitchen and toilet on the ground floor and upstairs a balcony with panoramic views, shower room, toilet, a master bedroom and two small bedrooms for three children.

Le gîte "La Petite Maison", meublé de tourisme 3 étoiles, où il est bon de passer du temps. Situé en pleine nature, au cœur du Périgord Vert, à seulement 3 min de Brantôme. Vous apprécierez y séjourner pour son confort et sa quiétude, avec sa terrasse exposée Sud-Est, son jacuzzi et son jardin (non clos). À NOTER : Jacuzzi inclus pour toutes locations entre le 1er mai et le 30 septembre. En dehors de cette période le jacuzzi est en supplément, sur demande.

We are Jean, Florence and our dog Tiago. We welcome you to our fully renovated former outbuilding. Located at the gates of Périgueux, close to the shops of Marsac-sur-l'Isle and Chancelade, the Voie Verte and the GR, the Maisonette is a charming 45 m² duplex. Everything has been thought out for your comfort: bedding, appliances, private sauna and outdoor table under pergola. As hosts, we make sure to be both available and discreet.

Table and chairs to enjoy the outdoors.

Small fully equipped studio on the owners' land in a pretty little medieval village with a beautiful castle. Village and small town shops within walking distance. Parking space to park your vehicle.
