Being near the water you can easily access beautiful restaurants with views of the city across the lake. My place is 2,500 square feet, 4 floors and includes brand new modern furniture. There are 3 bedrooms with 2 on the top floor and 1 downstairs. The highway is right around the corner which makes it easy to get anywhere you'd like to go!
