Quiet, peaceful, on the top floor of a charming building with a courtyard, the place has a large bed, a bathroom, a kitchen and two large living rooms, for an optimal comfort.

In the heart of the old Paris and in the quartier latin, a very quiet and charming apartment for five people only used for the renting, renewed and fresh in the summer. On the 4th floor with a lift, you'll sure enjoy your stay in this lovely apartment. 2 buses(89 and 67) and 2 lines of metro(7 and 10) at 50m and a lot of restaurants and supermarkets in the street. Pascal and Christine, the owners live in the same building and can help you if you need to have good holidays!

This is not a hotel, this is my home. I'm looking for someone to enjoy and take care of my space as much as I do, while I'm gone for a business trip.. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Numerous metro/subway stops just a few steps away. Go for a run along the Seine river anytime, as is just across the street. Unobstructed view. As with most Parisian buildings, occasional daytime construction may occur nearby in accordance with local regulations.

In the famous Latin Quarter, very central, charming and safe. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from Notre Dame, opposite the Cardinal Lemoine metro station. In a typical Parisian historic half-timbered building, everything is new and has just been tastefully renovated. Guests say it's charming, they love the decor, the air conditioning, the toilet, the big screen, the HiFi system. This is the apartment we live in when we're in Paris. LES GOBELINS, near the picturesque Rue Mouffetard and the Butte aux Cailles, 15 minutes walk from the Pantheon, 15 minutes by metro (direct) from Notre Dame, Île Saint-Louis and the Marais, Paris in the countryside for this very beautiful and atypical furnished tourist classified 2 rooms of 40 m2 very quiet and sunny.

I always loved working with Oak natural stones and glass, and tried to mix them with the right amount. STRICTLY NO SMOKING APPARTMENT!!
