We had an amazing time, And Erin gave us great ideas of things to do, She had all we needed for the beach, Which was great since we flew in and didn’t have to worry about bringing anything with me..

I really enjoyed my stay at this location! The hosts were AMAZING with communication and set my expectations front and center. The actual unit is modern and luxurious-feeling—a great place to come back to after an afternoon at the beach or out on the town. It very much feels like an upscale NY apartment. My favorite feature of this place was the bathroom! The lighting coupled with the walkin shower was amazing to enjoy after a long day. The location is right near the train tracks, as others have stated, but the noise really isn’t that bad at all. The neighborhood itself is very quiet and peaceful. There are also plenty of restaurants, stores, and the beach not far away, making it a pretty optimal place for vacation. Overall, I liked my experience and would stay here again the next time I visit. As a matter of fact, I would have stayed longer! Thanks RSVP Haven team 👍

The location was quiet with everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Gaining access to the lodging was super simple and is literally a two minute walk across a street and down a boardwalk to the beach. The price was unbeatable for the location and amenities included and is in a great location to watch a launch from the cape canaveral spaceport. I highly recommend staying with Jen and we look forward to booking with her again in the future to see another launch.

We stayed in the upstairs Unit D and I would have to say this was the nicest airbnb we have ever stayed in! The unit was wonderful and the upstairs deck facing the river was wonderful! Everything was close by to walk to and great running area as well. Unfortunately it rained much of the weekend when we were there and so we didn't get to enjoy the deck as much as I wanted but that just means we will have to go back! Very dog friendly as well. Wonderful place!

We loved the location of this house! Just a few minutes walk to the beach and dogs were allowed during certain times. We would definitely stay here again.

We completely enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was 100% stocked and we loved the large screened porch with Tiki bar and flat screen. The pool is a deep pool with depths of 6'5". They provided so many pool toys and floaties too. The pool table was so fun while the kids enjoyed the pool.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach, which made it so easy to pop back and forth throughout the day. As local Floridians who have stayed at many Airbnbs along the coast, we can confidently say this one stands out. The attention to detail and overall vibe made it feel like a true home away from home. We’ll definitely be booking this spot again for our next beach escape!

12/10 would recommend this house! The house was clean, kitchen was well stocked, tons of pool toys for kids, and absolutely stunning views! You can go from the front door to the beach in less than a minute! Great place to sit on the deck and watch for turtles. The only downside to our trip was the day we had to leave. We will definitely be back!!

This is definitely one of the best places that I've ever been with my family. It is really beautiful, big, a lot of stuff to do and everything you need to be comfortable. We will definitely be back this summer again, we love it.

First, absolutely everything that you would hope for was perfect, from the cleanliness to how this home was beautifully decorated to every amenity you could imagine and more. This home is described perfectly in the pictures but they really don’t do it justice. The attention to detail was amazing as were the extras that you don’t expect. There was a nice gift basket with snacks and a bottle of prosecco welcoming us into the house. The backyard with the pool and gazebo was great. We spent a lot of time out there. And there was a putting green complete with putters and golf balls, a ping pong table, corn hole, a brand new grill and more. I could go on but I’ll run out of space. Finally, the host, aside from providing this beautiful home, was super responsive to every text. Even before we got there. This is what a “SuperHost” is - in every way. Needless to say, if we are ever near Sebastian, this is where we will want to be.

We went for a family vacation (4 adults, 2 children, 1 toddler). We had an amazing stay. It was a great getaway location. Everything we needed for the babies and more! We felt like we were at home. Plenty of space for everyone. The pool was one of our favorite amenities! The house was about 20 mins to the beach but we chose to stay at the house for the pool instead! The community was quiet. We never saw or heard any of the neighbors. Kristen was very responsive so that was comforting to know we were in good hands. We would absolutely stay again!

We can’t say enough about this beautiful home! It was a Pinterest girls dream! Everywhere you turned was photo shoot worthy and you literally felt transported. What an amazing time and extremely comfortable beds, gorgeous kitchen with literally all of the amenities. Thoroughly shocked this is an Airbnb because I would live here full-time!

The location strikes a perfect balance, tucked away enough to feel private, yet conveniently situated between Cocoa Beach’s lively commercial district and the charming, locally-owned shops that give the area its unique character. The home itself is clean, comfortable, and exceptionally well-prepared for beachgoers. From the moment we arrived, everything we needed was already in place, making our visit a breeze. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience Cocoa Beach at its best.

Excelente propiedad. Solo a pocos pasos de la playa. El apartamento muy bonito y cómodo. Tiene acceso a piscina y muchos espacio para estacionar el vehículo. Honestamente, cuando regrese a la zona volveré a rentar este apartamento.

Logis tranquille situé à 900m de la plage, où un stationnement gratuit est facilement accessible. La piscine du complexe est grande, et les autres occupants qu'on y rencontre sont très sympathiques. Lit hyper confortable, cuisine bien équipée. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le balcon et sa table, où nous avons pris tous nos repas. L'endroit est calme et paisible, et les épiceries sont facilement accessibles. La plage est propre et nous avons apprécié y passer nos journées, avec le parasol et chaises qui étaient à notre disposition (merci !!!). 2 minutes de voiture, et nous étions de retour au logis, où la piscine nous attendait. À recommander sans hésitation ! Nous y avons passé 8 jours qui se sont déroulés malheureusement trop rapidement.

Kristin’s place was beautiful and the perfect place for a quiet weekend! We couldn’t have asked for better, the pool was right around the corner and the condo had everything we needed and more!

Very peaceful yet close to activities. The hosts have a good sense of all those little things that make a stay not only enjoyable (free fun beach seats and toys), but also comfortable (a slew of “Oh, crud, I forgot X” items like lint rollers, floss, etc.” Very thoughtful!

My husband, daughter, and I had a wonderful week-long stay at Eleny and George’s condo. Eleny provided clear check-in instructions so check-in was a breeze. The condo itself is very spacious. The 2 bedrooms are large and each has a full bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped, has modern appliances, and has a full-sized washer and dryer. The best part of this oceanfront condo is the wonderful balcony!! It can be accessed from sliders off both the living room and master bedroom. The view is stunning and the sound of ocean waves is so relaxing. We were able to see a launch from Cape Canaveral directly from the balcony, which was a real bonus! The condo is well appointed with modern technologies and updated decor. The condo comes with an indoor parking space which was a pleasant surprise. Eleny was very responsive and communicative. She proactively told us when launches were occurring throughout the week and checked in regularly to see if things were going well. We highly recommend!!

Loved the place, very cute and beachy! It was easy to get inside and Sarah was communicative about check in details. The walk to the beach was just two blocks and all the restaurants/shops/stores were within a 10 minute drive - she even had them listed in the welcome binder! LOVED the arcade game set on the wall! Absolutely recommend this stay!! :)
