It is only 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in the beautiful West Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. There are currently great tobogganing opportunities! Shopping facilities are available in the village of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the village of Hirschegg.

Our blockhouse is a comfortable oasis for people who wish to spend relaxing days in the nature. It is located on a hill, in the middle of a big flowergarden, from where you can enjoy quiet and fantastic panorama of the mountains around. In the blockhouse there is a little wooden kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC as well as a terrace. We rent la perlita in the period of time between April and October. The little house has 4 cm thick walls.

is twelve minutes from the tram station and train ,there are two large shopping malls within five minutes by car and downtown Graz by car ten minutes and the airport five kilometers. The room has pleasant temperatures in summer. Hosts can also use the terrace. There is a chance of a little football with small goals in the garden outside the house. We also have the possibility of renting 1 or 2 bicycles.
