Repetiremos sin duda! Amplio, luminoso … y la ubicación insuperable! Frente al mar

Ha sido fantástico, hemos ido con niñas pequeñas y estábamos como en casa, con piscina y playa a 1 minuto del apartamento. Sombrilla, cuna… de todo. La entrada con caja de seguridad es lo más cómodo del mundo, llegas cuando puedas y no tienes que estar contactando ni atado a horarios. Otro punto a favor es la flexibilidad del anfitrión para el check-in y el check-out, en definitiva un 10.

Een prachtig appartement, heel smaakvol en met goede kwaliteit ingericht, en adembenemend mooi uitzicht op de baai van Xavea. Prive Parkeerplaats en alles op loopafstand. Inge en haar team waren uitstekende hosts, met een uitgebreide welkom (inclusief fles wijn en iets lekkers), en altijd bereikbaar bij vragen.

El apartamento es espectacular, mucho mejor que en las fotos. Tiene unas vistas increíbles y no le falta detalle. El trato de Isidro y Ana ha sido de 10. Sin duda repetiremos.

Quedamos encantados. El apartamento estaba impecable, nuevo, con todo tipo de detalles. Cerca de la playa, bien comunicado, acogedor y silencioso. Jorge nos aconsejó de maravilla y nos facilitó la estancia. Altamente recomendable.

Durante la estancia, tuve contacto con Jorge, siempre estuvo atento a todo y con instrucciones claras sobre el checkin. el apartamento a primera linea de playa, espectacular, limpio, ordenado y con todo lo necesario para que la estancia sea cómoda. Tuvimos detalles de bienvenida. sin duda que si tenemos que volver a la zona, volvería a alquilarla. Tenía hasta sillas para la playa. Han pensado en todo, sin duda lo recomiendo. Estuvimos un fin de semana en el alojamiento de Pilar. Simplemente espectacular... La casa es una autentica maravilla y te hace sentir como en casa. Está muy bien equipada, aunque si que es cierto que no dispone de lavavajillas. Pero como realmente comiamos y cenabamos fuera de casa, no lo echamos en falta. La casa está decorada con un gusto excelente... Sin ningun tipo de duda, la recomiendo para ir con amigos o en familia. Ademas, un gran detalle dejar jabon de ducha y champú ennlos dos baños. Hemos disfrutado mucho de la piscina y de la terraza, con sus grandes vistas al mar. La comunicación con Pilar, excelente y rápida.

Absolut empfehlenswert!! Wurden sofort herzlich empfangen und alles wurde erklärt. Super schöne Unterkunft in der wir uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt haben. Alles sehr sauber und schön gestaltet. Check in und Check out waren problemlos. Wir bekamen sogar Tipps wo wir essen gehen können. Ausstattung war perfekt. Man hat alles was man benötigt. Die Besitzerin hat uns auch zur Ankunft Snacks und Getränke besorgt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Rozana und Cristobal sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Es gibt allerdings kein zweites Schlafzimmer sondern lediglich ein durch Vorhänge vom Wohn-Essbereich abgetrennten Bereich für eine Person. Für uns war das aber ok. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und das morgendliche Schwimmen im Meer genossen. Unterkunft ist ca. 30min. von Valencia entfernt. Sehr toll auch die Stände der lokalen Bauern auf dem Weg. Hier konnen wir erntefrisches Obst und Gemüse erstehen. Sehr schmackhaft. Danke nochmal Rozana und Cristobal. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Wij hebben onlangs zes heerlijke dagen doorgebracht in een prachtige villa in Cullera, op slechts een half uurtje rijden van Valencia. De villa ligt in een rustige, nette wijk en is ideaal gelegen op loopafstand van het strand. Wat direct opvalt, is dat de woning spiksplinternieuw oogt. Alles is netjes afgewerkt, de kamers zijn schoon en ruim, en het interieur is smaakvol ingericht. Er is meer dan genoeg ruimte voor een gezin, zowel binnen als buiten. Vooral het ruime terras nodigt uit om lekker buiten te eten en te genieten van het Spaanse zonnetje. Een van de grote pluspunten was het prachtige privézwembad, waar onze kinderen werkelijk niet uit weg te slaan waren. Ook praktisch: je kunt de auto gewoon op de oprit parkeren, wat fijn is in deze buurt. Cullera zelf heeft ook genoeg te bieden. Het strand is heerlijk breed en schoon, en een bezoek aan het kasteel is zeker de moeite waard. Kortom: een heerlijke plek waar we ons direct thuis voelden en vlakbij Valencia!

El apartamento era justo lo que necesitábamos. Principalmente destacaría la terraza con fantásticas vistas y el genial acceso a la cala. Rodeado de un paraje natural tanto de monte como de playa. Relax absoluto y tranquilidad. Lo recomiendo 100%!

We had the most fantastic 4-night stay at Manol’s beautiful retreat. It truly felt like a hidden gem—peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to explore nearby towns and beaches. Manol was the perfect host, always ready with excellent recommendations—from scenic hikes to the stunning coves at Cala Moraig and Cala Llebeig, to incredible running trails around Xàbia, Moraira, and Les Bassetes. The facilities were top-notch, and we made the most of the outdoor space by BBQing amazing local meat and fish every evening. With a great walkable supermarket nearby and everything you need at your fingertips, this place is the ultimate couples’ reset and detox destination. We left feeling completely recharged—and we absolutely can’t wait to return!

Picture's don't do it justice! just back from a glorious week in Jàvea. perfect for our family which was my partner, myself, eldest daughter (25) her boyfriend, youngest daughter 19 and son 18. The accommodation lay out was perfect with plenty of space, including a huge open plan kitchen (very well equipped) and dining room which was more than big enough to accommodate us all. great outdoor seating areas catching the sun most of the day. pool was great and plenty of loungers/seating. very quiet location and great view's. plenty of local bars/restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance and we found plenty to do within a short drive. need to travel to find good beaches. Julie was great,very helpful and excellent communication. A water leak caused us to loose the water supply one evening but very promptly sorted and great communication regarding the issue. as stated in a previous review take extra towels for the pool as only 1 per person provied. 100% recommend

Leticia es una anfitriona estupenda pendiente en todo momento y rápida en contestar cualquier duda.

Prachtig verblijf om tot rust te komen en toch dichtbij allerlei mooie locaties (zandstrand in Calpe, de authentieke stad Althea, dichtbij het bruisende Benidorm). Jorge reageerde altijd binnen het uur en dacht meteen mee als we ergens een probleem ondervonden. Wel interessant om mee te delen is dat er stilte werd gevraagd aan het zwembad tussen 14u en 17u in de namiddag. We losten dit op door naar het keienstrand te gaan aan het hotel, of naar het strand in Calpe te gaan op slechts 10 minuten rijden. Topvakantie gehad met onze twee kindjes!

Apartamento bien ubicado, sitio tranquilo. La anfitriona M.Carmen muy bien, recomendable 100% para pasar unos días en la playa! Hemos pasado 3 noches y hemos estado como en casa, el apartamento estaba bien equipado con todo lo necesario. Muchas gracias M.Carmen.

El apartamento es precioso, las vistas al mar son increíbles, muy limpio. Con todo lujo de detalles. David encantador, disponible en todo momento, rápido a la hora de responder. La zona ideal para desconectar, descansar y disfrutar del baño en el mar. Muy muy recomendable!😊

We hebben het heerlijk gehad in het appartement, het was van alle gemakken voorzien. Super fijn de stoeltjes en parasol voor het mooie schone strand (recht voor de deur). Leuke uitstapjes genaakt in de omgeving: Gandia en Valencia en veel gewandeld over de boulevard. Het uitzicht op het balkon is prachtig. Conor en Diana reageerden direct als er iets was. Erg vriendelijk! Als we nog een keer naar Cullera gaan, komen we graag terug!
