E’ una collina tutta da vivere, a 5 km da Alessandria con una baita intima ed accogliente e una vista mozzafiato sulle colline e sulla città. Uno spazio nella natura, ben collegato ai centri abitati e nello stesso tempo silenzioso ed appartato. E’ un’esperienza per stare in pace, ma anche per escursioni nel vicino Monferrato, per chi ama trekking, mountain bike, passeggiate a cavallo o nuotate in piscina (strutture vicine).

Casa Verrua dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno e cucina, zona relax, piscina, posto auto e colonnina di ricarica veicoli elettrici a pagamento. La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.

Cascina Belvedere 1932

L'alloggio è ricavato in un antico edificio in pietra un tempo adibito a stalla con annesso fienile. L'edificio è ubicato sulla cima di una collina dalla quale si gode di una ampia vista a 360 sul paesaggio circostante, punteggiato da vigneti e borghi medievali. Oltre alla prima colazione, è possibile usufruire del servizio di ristorazione a base di prodotti del territorio accompagnati dai vini DOP (bianchi e rossi) di nostra produzione.
