Holiday rentals with a patio in Gravina in Puglia

We started our Apulia adventure in Bari. Paola's wonderful apartment in a central, but very quiet location was perfect for this. The entire house and apartment are very well maintained. Everything is tip top clean! The terrace was shady and very pleasant. We started our two days just around the corner at the vanity café. Many thanks to Paola for the great hospitality and pleasant communication. Paola even received us very late in the evening after our flight was delayed. All in all, our stay was a very good experience that we would gladly recommend!!

Very charming apartment. Good beds, well-equipped kitchen, working smart TV. In a beautiful setting with beautiful beaches and an old town. Parking in the neighborhood is a bit more difficult, but there is always a place to find, even if it is a bit further away. Host is very helpful and hospitable.

We had a fantastic stay in Graziano’s flat. The location was ideal for exploring Bari and the surrounding areas given how close it was to the train station. The flat itself is comfortable, with a great balcony and was very quiet. Graziano was a fantastic and helpful host, with great recommendations and ensured we had a lovely stay.

Erasmina’s apartment is well appointed with everything you need have a comfortable stay. The roof terrace is a fantastic place to unwind. Very relaxing. The host provides a great environment to take any stress out of this part of travelling. Great communication and you have the impression nothing would be too much trouble. We would re-book this apartment in a heart beat if we were to return to this part of Italy.

This place is wonderful! Just a 5-minute walk to the Old Town, yet peaceful and quiet. The apartment is stylishly decorated, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need. It’s much better than staying right in Old Town, where apartments tend to be smaller, often have no elevator, steep stairs, and can be noisy late into the night. This truly perfect and felt like a home away from home—I’d stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend it!

We were with friends at the turn of May and June and we are very happy with the stay. The apartment is very clean, modern, very well equipped and most importantly, very good location close to the train station and each trip begins and ends with a train. To the town, by the way, very charming, 10 minutes walk, a grocery store just around the corner. From the apartment itself, a nice view of the church and the sea in the distance. Most importantly, the host was very helpful, arranged a transfer to and from the airport and took us to the beach, for which we are very grateful. I recommend it to anyone who values comfort, peace and quiet.

Vincenzo is a really nice host, all the informations he gives are useful and very clear. The apartment is amazing: everything is clean and the decoration is sophisticated. The garden is quite nice, with everything you need. The city centre is accessible by walk. We highly recommend!

Luigi's place was perfect for the few days spent in Puglia. Its location allows you to shine and visit the main sites of the Bari area. The accommodation is very clean and well appointed with a very functional kitchen and bathroom. The only shadow at this idyllic painting is the disturbance of neighbors' dogs who disrupted the tranquility of the night...

Maristella’s bnb was beautiful, quiet, centrally located and even better in person. They were very helpful with lots of excellent recommendations and extremely flexible and available regarding our arrival and departure. I really hope to stay here again. And would definitely recommend this rental!!

Villa Batu is a beautiful place to stay in the Puglia area. Two wonderful big bedrooms, and a great kitchen with lots of useful utensils (most well equipped kitchen we have stayed in). The outside area was really the star of the show though; there were multiple areas to sit to capture the sun throughout the whole day. A wonderful outdoor dining area, sun loungers and comfy seats throughout. The pool was superb. The location is peaceful, quite and serene. Would highly recommend a car as there aren't any shops/restaurants, etc. within walking distance nor any buses. Note for future guests - use Google Maps to navigate to 'Villa Batu' (it takes you directly there). Ilaria, the host, was excellent - responsive to communication, kind and helpful. And Michele, the caretaker, was also very helpful and good communication. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend this wonderful location and Villa Batu - it really is one not to miss!

beautiful old stone house extremely well restored with all modern comforts and decoration appropriate to the refined style. Good location for sightseeing. Perfect welcome from Giacomina. We recommend this accommodation without any problems, especially in case of high heat in the region, as the house is cool.

Perfect place for a family. We had just 4 nights at Leo’s place and we were not disappointed. He returned messages promptly and any questions he responded with the correct information. On arrival the check-in was pretty simple. Automated pedestrian and vehicle gates. And once inside we were very pleased with the house. All pictures are correct and we half knew what to expect. It was also good to put our three boys downstairs while we had the upstairs room. Although one room downstairs wasn’t a proper room, it didn’t affect the boys at all. And there were two bathrooms downstairs to look after the three bedrooms. There was clean bedding, towels and also plenty of pool towels too - along with a football for the small astroturf 2 minutes walk away. The kitchen was stocked well with tea, paper towels, clingfilm, foil, sugar, bin bags and there was filtered water from the tap. There was also a great bean to cup coffee machine with milk frother - so great for morning coffees on the veranda.

The accommodation, in the center of Turi, is well maintained and functional. The guys are friendly and responsive; during the stay there was a problem with the gas supply (not dependent on them) and the hostess did her best to solve it as soon as possible despite it being Sunday, January 29. Central accommodation great for visiting the various tourist resorts in the area.

Great apartment with all the necessary amenities. Very well equipped kitchen and bathroom, spacious living room and bedrooms. Very nice owner. We arrived in Bisceglie earlier and there was no problem to enter the apartment before the scheduled check-in time. Due to our carelessness, we left some souvenirs in the apartment and Michele offered to help and sent them to us by mail. Thank you very much for a great stay :)

Stefano’s airbnb is the best airbnb we have stayed in. We were able to drop our bags before check in. The bottle of wine was great. We enjoyed the roof top terrace and watched the fireworks from the terrace. He was helpful in finding us a taxi too. I highly recommend

Piermario and Antonio are exceptional hosts. We had a very good welcome with the presentation of the accommodation which is wonderfully equipped, everything was planned to feel like home. Small culinary attentions awaited us, two bicycles that we used almost every day to go to the covered market or to the train station to take the train, or to go to the beach, without forgetting the small inner courtyard, a real little gem. They thought of everything, including the barbecue. You don't want to leave once you're there. The geographical location is ideal with transport nearby and shops, restaurants etc... They are very responsive as soon as a small problem arises. We only have one desire, and that is to go back. Thank you for allowing us to have a good stay. Brigitte and Victor

House Sasanelli was a very good-valued place, spacious, nice balcony, and a great location in the area of Murat.

We had an amazing time in this airbnb, the view into the olive trees from the kitchen is super nice and we really enjoyed having breakfast and dinner in the beautiful outside area. The kitchen is equipped with the basics and we were happy to have well functioning air conditioning in the rooms! There is a big supermarket nearby and it’s only a 2-3 minute drive to free parking in Locorotondo. Overall the place looked even nicer than shown in the pictures and we would happily come back here:)

Stunning property, full of character. Has been lovingly restored. We loved the roof terrace and balcony with views. Great location. Very friendly and helpful hosts who checked us in. Can recommend 100%. One of the best Airbnbs we have every stayed in!
