Perfect stay in every way!

Although my German is atrocious, Ernst and I were able to communicate in staggered English. The section of the loft I stayed in was different to that pictured on the AirBnB site but was still stunning. It looked out over a beautiful pond and the main garden area and had its own little balcony where I took my meals. There are 3 separate sections of accommodation - 2 loft sections and a ground floor area. There was a larger kitchen/dining area on the ground floor that had a dishwasher, coffee and tea making facilities as well as cooking appliances. I wasn’t sure if this was a communal area or for the exclusive use of the ground floor accommodation guests. Nevertheless I did make use of the facilities and no one complained!! The loft was stunning. It had its own kitchenette, large bathroom, separate toilet, good size living area and a typical sloping loft bedroom facing the pond to the side of the house. WiFi was hit and miss in the loft but a good signal was available in the common area on the ground floor. There was a medium size tv though I never watched it as the scenery of the local area was my source of entertainment. The area is very quiet and the beds comfortable (1 large double size bed made from 2 joined single beds). It has a lovely cosy and rustic ambience. A great location with plenty of local activities and tourist sites to visit. Overall I highly recommend this lovely loft and will be sure to return one day.

A good location and close to the center. The only criticism is that there is no wifi. This should actually be everywhere, as people are also on the road in business and from non-European countries that rely on an internet connection. Otherwise everything is great for this price.

fully equipped apartment including kitchen equipment and hairdryer, all exactly as in the photos, very clean, very cozy, great location. Unfortunately, it was too cold during my stay to really enjoy the beautiful garden and the creek flowing right past the house. Check-in and checkout were very flexible and always someone available

Magical! Were there almost a whole week, and I have to say it's a little bit of heaven on earth. Not only are the rooms clean and comfortable, but EVERYTHING around, from the pond to the forest and back again. Ernst is a very nice and accommodating host, explained and showed us everything (with a small pinch of humor ;) ) The Café Ebner with super nice staff and delicious cakes is also highly recommended. We are happy to come back and definitely definitely coming back!

it was a great place to stay, very quiet and with a beautiful small garden. There was a heat wave outside, but apartment was very cool and didn't need an air conditioner. Tram station is in just 2 blocks and goes all the way to the city center.

Lima and Nick are exceptional hosts, providing a seamless and welcoming experience during my stay at their guest house. From the clear instructions to thoughtful amenities, everything was perfectly organized. The property, located at Reitweg 30d, 8055 Graz, was clean, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. They were prompt in communication and even went above and beyond when I needed assistance with a personal item. Beautiful, calm place, cozy house. Perfect for hiking, also with a dog. Would love to go back.

We had a great stay at Manuel's place. He was an incredibly caring and helpful host who went out of his way to make sure that we had a great holiday. There was so much to see and do in the local area, a week didn't do it justice. Absolutely spot on location for exploring Southern Styria. We hope to return soon.

We were eleventh on a bachelor party at Jutta's place in May 2025. From the beginning, communication was completely problem-free and Jutta always responded immediately to our questions. The place itself was clean and perfectly as described, the outdoor area was even more generous than expected. There you can relax very well. There is also possibility to grill there. Even the charcoal was provided for a small extra charge. The property is perfect for large groups, as there are enough separate bedrooms but also a large common area. The kitchen is very large and has all you need. There is also a bar area with TV that invites you to linger. Even if you are a little louder, it is not at all a problem because the nearest neighbors live further away. There are also plenty of parking spaces in front of the property. In any case, we fully recommend the place!
