The sleeping area consists of a queen-size bed, storage space, a shelf with smart TV, Wifi, dining area ... The apartment is well located, it takes about 5 minutes to walk to the main train station. The city center of Graz is in walking distance. Size 30 qm. We speak German, English and Bosnian.

It is an ideal starting point to get to know Graz - all sights and universities are easily accessible. The accommodation is very conveniently located, in the immediate vicinity there are bus and tram stops, restaurants and supermarkets. Baker and café are just around the corner.

The special feature of this apartment is its location, vis-à-vis the park, at the level of its treetops, overlooking “Schlossberg”, cathedral and the well known clock tower. Just a few minutes away from the city-center, perfect for two people, very spacey and with full equipment. Especially in summer the large terrace is the absolute highlight. Very centrally located 50 m² apartment with private garden and private parking in the courtyard. The apartment was completely renovated and newly furnished in March 2024. The town hall (trade fair) and Jakominiplatz (central bus hub) can be reached in a 10-minute walk.
