If I could give Sarah’s studio more than five stars, I would. The apartment itself is adorable and incredibly peaceful. It’s a short walk to the beach and about a fifteen minute stroll to nightlife, fantastic restaurants, and fun. We watched the sunrise on the beach and then watched the sunset from the private balcony. I really hope we can make it back next year because it’s truly a brilliant find. If you’re looking for a fantastic place to stay, this is it. You won’t regret it.

Sea Sharp was just the getaway we needed. The house was clean, well thought out, and in the perfect spot near the beach. Marlaina was a thoughtful host , communicated well and made everything easy and stress free. Hope to be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this cute, cozy condo. Very close to the beach, great restaurants, and plenty to do in the surrounding area. If we didn’t want to go out the full kitchen was great to have, as well as grills and tables in the backyard. Even though it is located in a well populated area, it’s was still very quiet and peaceful. Travis was very kind and responsive, promptly answering any questions we had. The place was clean and comfortable and we would highly recommend!

A great condo for our family of four. The unit was very clean and had great amenities (even buckets and shovels for the kids to take to the beach). It was a convenient location to explore nearby Portsmouth and hiking at state parks, along with the beach which is across the street. Megan was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.
