The property was perfect, the pictures are lovely and they reflect the quality. The property once there is outstanding and very peaceful. It’s one of those hidden Gem AirBnBs, we loved the stay and will hopefully return.

Super break staying in Tracy & Rolys cottage. It really is a warm and comfortable place set in beautiful surroundings. Unfortunately the weather was challenging so we ended up spending more time indoors than we would have liked but that really didn’t matter as the cottage was a real home from home stocked with books and games which we enjoyed. We will definitely return to explore the surrounding countryside in hopefully better weather. We’ve stayed in many cottages and this is right up near the top!

We really enjoyed our stay and loved how peaceful it was. The welcome gifts from Joy were great, and she provided us with vegan goodies which was much appreciated. Lots of helpful info provided (like using the hot tub etc) which helped ease us in and feel at home!

The place is just perfect for us. It is in the middle of nowhere, with amazing views out to sea and surrounded by open, rolling fields and woodland, full of wildlife. The hosts have done a great job and and are lovely people to deal with. The place has everything a couple could need for a break. It is all good quality and very much to our liking. There were lots of nice touches, such as a freshly baked cake and local fresh milk together with tea and coffee. The fresh flowers and a birthday card for my wife, made her day! We are planning our next visit already!

From the moment we arrived we knew we had made the right choice. The location and view is fantastic, we felt so at peace. Internally the property is well equipped and of the highest standard and very clean throughout. The deck in the evening, glass of wine and just listening to the birdsong, so very peaceful. Lots of electric outlets so no need for extension leads and a dimmable lighting system thats like a 70s disco until you get the hang of it 😄. I cannor fault Jeannie, or the property, well worth the cost. Such a lovely place. Thank you Jeannie for making our 20th wedding anniversary one to remember. David and Julie.

Beautiful property, top location and very friendly, welcoming hosts. Couldn’t ask for more. Lorna made sure everything ran smoothly and was so welcoming to our family during our stay. Particularly wanted to note some of the generous additions such as letting us stay past the check out time as they were not expecting new guests in that day, provision of shampoo/conditioner etc and milk and snacks & taking the time to introduce us to some of the animals on the farm which our baby daughter loved. Would love to head back and stay here again.

Amazing little place, on arrival, Nicky had already made checkin super easy and we had a very comfortable stay. Could not fault at all.

What an absolutely perfect stay we had i honestly cannot recommend enough! I could not get over the views, the most peaceful, beautiful place. The cows really made our stay we watched them for hours. Sue was lovely and greeted us on our stay then left us to get on with our holiday only ever a message away. The place was so very well equipped with quite literally everything you could need, we really appreciated the special touches - coffee, tea, milk, local cider! Lovely little pub with great food just five minutes away, and a beautiful beach a short drive away too. we even visited the donkey sanctuary which was a very cute day out. Absolutely stunning property with fantastic views. The hot tub was such a rare treat. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone. Our host Katie was extremely good with communications and provided very clear instructions. 10/10

We have just returned from a stay at The Stables. We both loved the accommodation and the location. The hosts made us feel very welcome and there was some lovely touches inside for when we arrived. The location is very peaceful and tucked away but also within walking distance of several pubs all serving good quality food for reasonable prices. We would recommend and come back again without question.

This was our second stay in Sarnau and we enjoyed our four nights as much as our first visit. The property is just lovely. In a beautiful location. Peaceful but easy to get to places. It’s extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean and with fabulous hosts where nothing is too much trouble. We find it a great location to do lots in the area and this time we visited the coast twice which is less than an hour away. Highly recommend and we hope to be back.

This was a little slice of heaven in the most gorgeous little village. The cottage was stunning and the interiors were gorgeous-but also felt very homely and comfy, Clare was an amazing host, leaving clear instructions and lots of lovely recos (we loved the white horse full of local characters and within walking distance and the quince and clover was fab). We would def be back and would highly recommend!

The Granary Retreat is well deserving of 5 stars. From being warmly greeted by our hosts through every well thought out detail of this beautiful accommodation. It’s peaceful, extremely clean, very comfortable, finished to a high specification and guests are treated to a few thoughtful extras. This represents great value for money. Well done! We would love to go back.

We had a lovely stay at Kelly and Neal’s cottage. The cottage was clean, spacious, and very comfortable with all necessary amenities. Beautiful and peaceful location on the farm, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Kelly was super communicative and responded quickly to any questions. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a countryside stay.

Too magical to tell anyone about! But I can't help telling all my friends about the prettiest cottage in the most stunning setting I have just had the absolute pleasure to enjoy. Very dog friendly too - Mango had the best time too I think! Thanks you Lindsay and Mark. We will be back one day!

Hi Stan and Judy, it was an absolute pleasure to return to your lovely annexe having stayed there about 6 months ago. It was so comfortable and homely, you made us feel so welcome. It was lovely to be able to share your beautiful garden and discover the history of your house. The cottage was beautifully and thoughtfully presented. Living, dining and sleeping spaces were large, wonderfully furnished and comfortable. Appliances were spotless and of high quality. A welcome package of milk, fresh orange juice, eggs, bread, butter and bottled water was left. Georgina was the perfect host, responding quickly to questions or queries and checking in with us on the second day of our visit to make sure that we were settled. Georgina’s eye for interior design was evident. For people travelling with dogs it should be noted, (that as mentioned in the property listing), the outside space is limited to a paved courtyard, probably not secure for smaller dogs. The property manual does provide details of how to reach walks by foot. We didn’t try either of these despite the short distance we would have had to walk on the road to reach them. We travelled expecting to drive to wooded areas to walk our boys. I’m sure we’ll be back! Thank you 😊

When we arrived we were greated by Carolyn and Brian, Brian was just about to take Ruby (the dog) for a walk so Carolyn showed us around the apartment, it's a beautiful place to stay and would highly recommend it. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom/shower room is immaculate! The scenery is stunning and we managed to see the deer and a barn owl too!! We just wish we could have stayed longer!! We would just like to say a 'Big Thank You' to you both for making our stay such a lovely and welcoming one! We hope to see you again soon! Sue and Pete 😊 xxx

Perfect private piece of heaven in North Wales ideal for couples looking to get away for a few nights. June is an excellent host; very warm, welcoming and cool. She introduced us to the property and herself and then left us to ourselves. June lives in the property next door and offered to provide any assistance if we needed it but also respected our privacy and only came onto the property once a day to check the hot tub (always when we were out). As a gay couple June felt safe and welcoming as a host. The building is a converted barn with lots of original features but was modern, clean and warm. The views from the private back garden are spectacular. Sitting in the hot tub at night under the stars was a highlight. Nebo is a quiet and peaceful part of the world to slow down in. Cannot recommend this property enough and will definitely visit again when we need some time away from the rat race. Bravo June!

My advice to anyone looking to book this place is to get on and do it. The pictures don’t do it justice. The property is unbelievable. If you like waking up to the sound of birds and having loads of places to walk then this place is for you. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, I met Ann and her husband Chris who were both so helpful and nice to talk to. I’m so gutted the trip ended as is my girlfriend and two dogs, who are shattered from the stunning coastal walks. I can guarantee I will return!

We have just returned from a few nights away staying at this little piece of paradise. If you’re after a tranquil, relaxing holiday then this is the place to stay. From the house itself, to the spectacular views , the amazing pool house and the lovely, friendly neighbours, this place ticks all the boxes and more. Highly recommend visiting The Queens Arms for a meal (or just a cheeky drink), the staff are so friendly and just made our time away extra special. Malham is only a 20 min (ish) drive away and is stunning (a must see). The only thing I would advise is to make sure you take plenty of supplies (or do an online shop for delivery as we did) as the local shop is a 20min drive away. Thankyou again David, we will definitely be back.
