Impeccable and super clean place. It was more than enough for our stay. We'll come back if we have a chance.

Had a really nice stay, lovely quiet and peaceful location, room was really comfortable and Kate was very friendly and welcoming.

WE enjoyed our stay at Netherwood Lodge. It was exactly what we were looking for as a family. The home was clean and modern, beds were comfortable and the kitchen well appointed.

We have just got home from a lovely stay at the deer farm, we stayed stable No 7 which was really lovely, comfortable bed and the amenities were really good. we met our host heather she was really lovely, my favourite bit of our stay was at the deer farm was seeing the Deer!! she also had alpacas and horses as well. so peaceful and just a really lovely place to stay! we went to the games expo at the NEC so was really convient for us. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Thanks to Jo for hosting and offering such a quality AirBnb with many activities on site! We didn't have time to do everything in two days! Very close to Le Touquet and its activities as well! We were 12 friends, a group of friends and we loved it!

A last minute cancellation with another property led us to find this one, and we're very glad we did! A beautiful, peaceful location with lovely grounds for the kids (and dog) to play in, and great local walks (there are so many useful guides/maps in the property). The hot tub is such a bonus, and the sheltered veranda allowed us to stay outside even though the weather wasn't amazing. We appreciated the fresh bread/cake/eggs/milk; the cake did not last long 😂. Local village has great pubs, and it's just a short drive to Kirkby Stephen for everything else. Tebay services also convenient for fast charging the EV and a bit of breakfast/shopping. We only had three days, but I'm sure we'll be back again. Thanks for a lovely break ☺️

We stayed here for a few nights and it was lovely the views are beautiful, the hot tub was great and the actual accommodation was spot on! clean and spacious, beds were comfy and the lounge/kitchen area was big and open, perfect for a family stay! would recommend Richards lovely place to stay!

We stayed for two days and right from the location to the position and the amenities the whole experience was awesome We will definitely come again

On the outskirts of Ballycastle, very tastefully renovated Georgian house. Airy, beautiful, modern, well kitted out shared kitchen and communal sitting room with projector at the top. Down a level there was a library nook with games and intriguing books. Down a level are the bedrooms, natural materials and great attention to detail throughout. Super comfy large bed. Clogs to change into at the front door for cleanliness and to soften footsteps on the real wood flooring. We were setting off very early to catch a ferry from Ballycastle to Islay for birdwatching and when we realised just how early, realised we'd have to stay the night before in Ballycastle. Jordan responded within minutes, alleviating last minute stress.

The hosts were friendly and helpful, the location quiet with great views over the lake. Off-street parking. If staying in Room 5 and ordering the Queen bed option, which comprises two singles pushed together, note that the beds do slide apart a little when slept on. Stores and pubs 5 minutes drive away. The local Highland Gathering held in August is great event to witness... Many thanks

Ewan and Carol have been very nice and welcoming, the room was clean, great view and a very luxurious Bathtub. 10 minutes by car to loch ness, easy access and parking. Plenty of good walks in the area, enjoyed my stay a lot.

Really enjoyed the stay at 'The Ferns', it was comfortable, quiet and there were plenty of owls around! Would definitely recommend

This is an absolute gem of a place to stay. Convenient, comfortable, and a lovely warm welcome from hosts Frances and Colm. Nothing was too much trouble - and the kitchenette with breakfast snacks and drinks was a bonus! A lovely stay and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

We loved this cottage, nestled in an exceptional setting in the Bay of Somme. Between walks on the beach and discoveries at the ornithological park, the stay was a real delight. Thank you for your hospitality and commitment to nature!

Great place to make your hub for ballycastle and surrounding area

Travelled with my partner and kids for my Birthday. Our stay here totally exceeded ALL of our expectations. Rachel's accomodation/lodge was absolutely amazing, and we could not fault one single thing. Firstly the lodge was absolutely spotless, and all of the amenities offered were a brilliant touch. Rachel's communication with us from the minute we booked until we checked out was second to none. Both myself, and my partner are in awe of such an amazing lodge, you guys have something really special going on here. We most definitely will be back. Thank you again for a wonderful, relaxing escape for us all. Cheryl & Chris x

The property is spacious and fully equipped. House was easy to find, check-in was super easy and it was exactly as described. There is sufficient parking on back side of property and a beautifull waterfall nearby. All rooms were clean and sufficient bedding, kitchen fully stocked with all pots, pans and dishes. Extended utility area was useful. Living room has a wood burner which was very cosy and boardgames for kids was also a nice touch Overall we had great stay snd we'd recommend the place yo others as well.

Loved our new year stay at Owen's lodge - we stayed for 4 nights with out two young children. The lodge is well equipped, was easy to check in and in a great location. The place was clean and tidy, the rooms are really large and the hot-tub was brilliant. The lodge has everything you need for a decent getaway with loads of things in the local area only a short drive away. Just to note: The WiFi isn't particularly great and there is very little phone signal (at least on the two networks we had). Not a huge issue but as the weather was particularly bad over the new year we probably stayed in the lodge more than we had anticipated and the WiFi wasn't great for streaming TV/Films for the kids.

Beautiful wood cabin, high quality fixtures and fittings, immaculately clean. Lovely bottle of fizz and shortbread biscuits upon arrival, also stocked with tea, coffee, milk and sugar to get us started. All required amenities close by, including some great restaurants. Would definitely recommend and will 100% be back for another stay!

This is probably my favourite place I've stayed in the UK! Emma was incredibly kind and helpful and the whole experience at the caravan was wonderful. The bed is very comfortable and the caravan is fresh, cosy and has everything you need. If you like being out in nature but don't want the full experience of camping this caravan is the best of both worlds, totally secluded and peaceful location (with no other campers nearby) and all the lovely amenities of a home. It felt totally safe, very peaceful and the Hayle beach is very beautiful. Hayle is quieter town, much more down to earth and less touristy than nearby st ives, with some great pubs, cafes and nice places to eat. We didn't drive and everything we needed was walking or bus distance. I hope to come back one day!

Spinnaker Lodge was absolutely beautiful and definitely had the ‘wow’ factor as we walked in, to find that we were overlooking the stunning lake. The bedrooms were gorgeous with colour coordinated beddiknkg and very comfortable. The kitchen could have done with a few more knives and forks as there were six of us but other than that, a stunning property. We will be back!!!!

Rob and Bernie's are absolutely great couple and provide us a fantastic stay including delicious breakfast.

We had a fantastic stay at Grange Lodge and didn’t want to leave. The house was clean, spacious and well equipped with an idyllic view of the lake. We enjoyed the water sports and the bistro on site and are already planning our next trip!
