Andrew and Ane have been excellent hosts! The house was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and felt very homely. Andrew and Ane responded very quickly to any questions and were super helpful. We ordered an amazing Indian takeaway from the local restaurant which was exceptional value and tasted great and also visited the local pub ‘The Bird In The Hand’ which was very friendly and lively and within a couple of minutes walk from the house. Whilst there we visited Bicester Shopping Village, cycled on the Phoenix Trail to Thame as we were able to borrow Andrew and Ane’s bikes and also visited Handmade in Oxford at Waterperry Gardens where our son and his partner were having their first show. I would certainly recommend this to everyone! Great house and great hosts!! Thanks again!!

Fantastic location - close to Hay town centre and the Wye, and a comfortable, well-stocked home for a weekend away. Spacious and clean throughout. Appreciated the provision of a parking space. Would recommend - a great stay.

We had a perfect stay in Jane’s flat. It was a great base for exploring Lancaster and conveniently located close to the train station (a 5 min walk). The flat was clean, comfortable and spacious enough for two adults and two children under 5. We really appreciated the welcoming touches (croissants, homemade jam!) and family friendliness (basket of toys, books, binoculars for watching the garden birds). Despite being on a main road, the flat is very quiet and peaceful. Although you can’t access the garden, we’d recommend Storey Gardens across the road which is a beautiful green space for kids to play or to have a picnic. The cafe right next door, Tuck, has great coffee, fancy pastries and delicious food - we popped in every day. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again next time we visit Lancaster.

Brilliant location, right in the heart of Nantwich, this wonderful old British village/ town we love the church and it's bells. Superb accommodation with everything for a great, easy stay and explore the surrounds by car and bicycle. Host was kind enough to turn on the heating, just a little, as the British summer turned down the heat during our stay!! We'll be back next year!

Matthew's property was perfect for myself and 2 friends. It's lovely and full of character, as well as well stocked with everything we needed (including a hairdryer, fan for the warm nights and some toiletries that we forgot). We enjoyed chatting at the table overlooking the large well maintained and beautiful garden on the sunny evenings. It was easy to find, very central in the New Forest, off the high street in the lovely Beaulieu village. It was exactly what we were looking for. We constantly saw horses on our drive to and from the property which just felt magical. Definitely a place I'd come back to.

Thank you for a wonderful stay in Ambleside. The ongoing updates and instructions were really appreciated and a great help. You couldn't get a more central base and even though slightly noisy later on in the evening the music stopped as if instructed to do so. Well worth the visit and hopefully sooner rather than later we'll return for another vist.

Excellent place to stay in Scarborough. Great location, only 5 minutes from the beach. The house was lovely and the beds were so comfy. Caroline and Jon were great hosts and were very prompt in replying to any queries. Would highly recommend, and would stay again.

The Townhouse was a great base for our adventures in Edinburgh. It was easily walkable to lots of restaurants, the grocery, and the sights. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had such a wonderful time and Gabby was such a lovely host. The house was beautiful we didn’t want to leave and had everything we needed for myself, my fiancé and our two baby daughters. Would love to come back and so close to the centre of Penzance. Lovely and quiet too!

This airbnb has to be one of the best I’ve ever experienced! Is it possible to give >5 stars? If you’re going to stay in Cambridge, don’t walk - RUN to this airbnb Immaculate. Relaxing. Perfect location. Every detail you could imagine. The bedding, the layout, the convenience - wow!!

Just beautiful! this was our second visit and it only gets better each time! The place is spotless (10/10 for cleanliness) in a perfect location (10/10) and Lisa is an outstanding host (10/10). This time around, we explored more of the area and absolutely loved Langland Bay, such a lovely beach with stunning sea views. We had breakfast every day at The Lighthouse, their scanning system is super efficient, and the food is fantastic. Without a shadow of a doubt, if you're visiting The Mumbles, you should definitely check in with Lisa. Highly recommended! Also thanks again for the cupcakes! We loved them!

My Partner and I had a great stay at Neil’s place, it was located in a lovely area of Newcastle and extremely close to the city centre so everything is within walking distance. Neil provided clear instructions to get into the property and is very quick to respond if you have any queries. Will most certainly be rebooking the next time we’re in Newcastle.

The house is lovely; well decorated and very comfortable. The check in was so easy with the electronic lock and far easier than a key. We had a very pleasant stay, thank you.

The cottage was very comfortable, well equipped , furnished and decorated tastefully. It is located in the village with only a short walk to excellent restaurants and pubs. It is ideally situated as a base to explore the wonderful surrounding countryside. We would strongly recommend this property and would be happy to return there. Benedikte was a great host, very responsive to any queries and willing to make recommendations.

Just had 3 wonderful days in Lockie Cottage with my sister,the cottage was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay.Alison along with her husband Ian really looked after us(we needed it).Alison showed us around the estate as much as two ladies in their seventies could manage.The space around the cottage is so beautiful and peaceful i didn't want to leave. Thank you Ian for taking our luggage to the car and for checking our tyres before our journey home,thank you Alisonfor all the information you gave us about the surrounding area and thank you for the laughs we had, you really are alovely host.I really hope we get another chance to stay there.xFreda&Jen

Three of us had a great stay at Leon’s. The house is amazing, so well decorated and so many places to sit and relax. 5 minute walk to the beach, a fab cafe and lovely pub overlooking the sea. Also right near the southwest coast path for a beautiful walk to Portland lighthouse.

We had a great, quick stay with five people. Comfortable beds and easy parking!

St Michael’s Hall was a characterful property beautifully presented. Scrupulously clean and tastefully furnished and equipped with all you could need. Sheila is a very responsive and thoughtful host. We wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful property.

Lesley’s place is such a delightful retreat. It has lots of little luxuries from the toiletries to the cozy blankets and hamper provided to make it feel really special. We had a glorious afternoon sitting out on the balcony. It’s also walking distance from the beautiful centre of Stamford with amazing independent shops and eateries whilst remaining quiet at night. We loved it.

We had a wonderful family weekend. Great location, easy walking into Witney town which has great shopping and great pubs. The accommodation is very comfortable, well appointed and very tastefully decorated, we particularly enjoyed the pool and baby football tables!! Great outdoor spaces with courtyards on the ground and first floor. We just wish we could have had more time to stay, will definitely be looking to come back.

We will be back! Beautiful characterful house, full of charm and top level finish. The roll top bath in the top bedroom was such a luxury. The house is right in the middle of all the 'action' and 2 min walk to the beach. Bliss!

Neil was a wonderful host, fit our family of 9 very well. We had everything we needed, very convenient to the course and to restaurants!
