Glamping at Skye Yurts- Water Yurt

LuukRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Emma and Jon are the epitome of super hosts. Great recommendations, very friendly and always in for a chat if you want one. They were very responsive and we could check in a bit earlier than normal due to it being more convenient for us. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who visits Skye!

Off Grid Yurt nestled in the Ironbridge Gorge.

SonnyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Probably the best little get away we have ever done. Never stayed somewhere so amazing and beautiful, the fairy lights and flowers as the sun set and the night sky began to appear was just incredible. We made pizzas in the fire oven, went on a lovely forest walk and Emma even went the extra mile and provided a birthday cake for my girlfriend’s birthday which was such a lovely touch. Don’t hesitate, just book this now if you are ready for a perfect reset from normal life. Thanks Emma x

Round house in secluded woodland.

KyleRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This place was exactly as it says on the tin, it is secluded, private and takes you right back to nature. It was a delight to have some friends around the fire pit catching up and having a good chin wag. When you wake up you are surrounded by the sounds of nature. The trail road to the accommodation is a little bumpy though.

The Teasel Yurt

JuliaRating, 5 stars10 months ago
We loved staying at the yurt, the setting was stunning and nice and private. The beds were very warm and comfortable and we fell asleep listening to the owls. The yurt is just a short walk from Selsley Common which has stunning views of the surrounding area.

Warm, cosy yurt, sleeps six, self-catering.

MeganRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Had a lovely time staying in the Yurt. Carol greeted us on arrival- friendly and helpful and welcoming, which was appreciated after a long journey in the rain. Wonderful attention to detail and so many thoughtful touches- a breakfast basket for the morning, tea, coffee, milk and cake, games and activities indoors and outdoors - perfect for our family, local recommendations, beautifully arranged flowers on the table and if we needed anything Carol was so helpful and quick to respond. We had a great stay and will recommend to friends and family. Thanks again!

All Seasons Yurt

AishleaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Second time staying here in this gorgeous location …. And I never stay anywhere twice. The yurt is fully equipped with everything you need. And there is a brilliant fire pit, hammocks, chairs, smoker type bbq and then the inside fire place.the team that work here are wonderful and friendly, and really make the stay here the most worthwhile. Gorgeous dogs and peacocks. Super comfy beds including the fold out - and the shower is better than some showers I’ve used in 5 star hotels. Ideal location for bus stops going to Ryde and Newport and then onwards. And gorgeous welcome basket on arrival with fresh eggs, butter, milk etc. not to forget all the wood, kindling charcoal you could need- a gorgeous stay and could not recommend enough . Thanks for having us again.

The Yurt @ Osmore, a romantic getaway for two

AmyRating, 5 stars2 days ago
The Yurt was perfect. Sarah has put real effort into the place with little extras such as snacks on arrival, milk in the fridge, robes, towels and games plus the decorative extras like fairy lights, wooden plaques and flowers make the place so cosy. I’m slightly disappointed it wasn’t cold as wasn’t able to use the wood burner or snuggle up in the blankets provided! I can’t believe I had a shower in a horse box! Was wonderful to sit on the swing chair, with food just cooked on the BBQ, watching the sheep and cows. Wonderfully peaceful and top host. Thank you!!

Chestnut Lodge

AnnabelRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Chestnut Lodge was a lovely holiday for myself and my boyfriend. It was peaceful, homely, and a 25 min walk from the nearest town which is a lovely walk. Rufus was very friendly upon arrival and provided us with taxi number if needed. He even gave us a lift into Goonhaven as he drove past as we were walking. Such a lovely stay, miss it already!

Crazy Pheasant luxury yurt, hot tub, beauty, peace

RobertRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had a fantastic time, such a quiet and peaceful area to stay. You can really detach from day to day life, embrace the nature and take in the views. All very clean and well looked after. Michael has done a great job building the yurt and surrounding structures, all very practical. Easy to bring baggage up using the wheel barrow with a very short walk up. We’ll he back. Thanks.

Jurassic Yurt near Durdle Door

ClaireRating, 5 stars1 week ago
A lovely little slice of Heaven, Judy's yurt and her shepherd's hut an bus sit in a quiet peaceful location, close enough to shops if needed and to the beautiful Dorset countryside and coast near to Lulworth. The yurt gives you peace and solitude, with everything you need, very comfy bed, nice shower, small cooking area, seating indoor and out. The loo and shower are just a few steps outside the yurt, giving one a small sense of old style camping, but with a modern and stylish flare. Judy was accommodating with checking in and out times, and mindful of the weather in terms of what logs I might need for the stove vs the fire pit! lovely to wake up with the morning sun (and rain!) shining through the top of the yurt. I highly recommend this place and hope to go back myself.

We had a great stay here walking a young puppy on the private beach. The surroundings are peaceful and there were plenty of friendly dogs to meet. Andrew and Kirsty were great hosts and quick to help us out when the shower needed a new washer.

Yurt in Kent

HelenRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Never stayed in a Yurt before and was equally excited but concerned as worried I’d not sleep and be cold. I can now officially say I love Yurts!! It was the most relaxing overnight stay I think I’ve ever had. We were lucky with the weather as it was a hot so popping outside to boil the kettle was a pleasure . I slept soundly and managed to read 3/4 of a hook as I was soo relaxed. Bought 3 bottles of their homemade apple juice as it was the best I’ve ever tasted All in all an amazing stay that I shan’t be forgetting Thanks Bertie Yertie x

Private Yurt Rewilded Land Nr Glastonbury

JoanneRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Oh my gosh what a beautiful stay we had! The entire site is your own - there are several zones such as a fire pit area, the yurt, a toilet tucked away under some pretty trees and a separate outdoor kitchen. There was so much attention to detail; the kitchen had so many useful things in. You really can just rock up with a small bag and you will be catered for. Even with the lack of bathing facilities, there was a jug and a bowl in the yurt with towels and flannels so you could have a bit of a wash. Great privacy and awesome host as well who was always on hand to answer queries. The only downside was when we arrived we had many large tractors coming past for 4/5 hours on the adjacent road which was disruptive. When they stopped coming past, the road really quietened down and it was not disruptive anymore. So apart from that, it was wonderful and peaceful and really worth the money!

Ben's Yurt & Cabin - glamping at Broughton House

TammyRating, 5 stars2 days ago
The cutest air bnb I have ever seen!! There is a cabin with bunks, a kitchen, full bath and the yurt is the living room. The host, Cate, has provided us with freshly baked brownies and cookies, eggs freshly laid by her hens today, milk and even emergency wine if her guests forgot to grab some!! I've honestly never had a warmer welcome 🤗😁😁

Cape Cornwall Yurt St Just

KeziaRating, 5 starstoday
Reasons to book! * Beautiful little secluded field, tucked away but walking distance to beautiful coastal path and amenities in St Just * Really well equipped. Off grid but flushing loo, cold fridge and hot shower. Torches and lanterns and lots of solar lighting. * Ethical stay; No locals displaced for your stay and no negative impact on Cornwall’s acute housing crisis. * The best experience of your hosts looking after it and being nearby means nice little touches (homemade lemon drizzle cake) and extra efforts to keep it all lovely! * Kate and Mike were hospitable and guarantee a warm Cornish welcome. * Just perfect!
