This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. BAJT Apartment

Apartment BAJT is a 25-minute walk from the center of the city of Šibenik, rich in cultural and historical heritage, 3 km away from the city beach Banj and 15 km from the Krka National Park. A cozy, modern and newly renovated studio apartment, suitable for 2 people. Air-conditioned, with TV, internet, equipped kitchen and bathroom, it also contains a sofa bed. Apartment BAJT is located on the ground floor of a family house with a separate entrance and offers privacy to every guest. The terrace has a beautiful and unforgettable view of the coast and islands.

Nerium Penthouse

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

Quiet place 10 minutes from the three town fortresses and 5 minutes from the center will give You unique experience and put You in the focus of events in the city. You will need five min. by walk uphill from the main city square to get to an apartment. It is a small family building with the common staircase that has separated entrances to each apartment. The loft is located on the third floor. There is no guaranteed parking space but there is some easy accessible in within 10 min by walk.
