Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Greeley

We enjoyed a great stay at Christina’s BnB in Loveland. The home was a great spot for our trip to visit friends and family. We were able to relax in the hot tub the last evening, and it melted our troubles away. We would stay here again if returning to the area.

We were attending wedding activities over three days in Longmont which is a half hour drive each way so we were on the fence about booking Marda's place. We're so glad we did though. There are too many special touches to mention them all, but we loved the hardwood floors, the tile choices in kitchen and bath and the comfortable bed with beautiful linens. Plus the windows are great, letting in lots of natural light while keeping the house very quiet. There's a covered porch out back with a table and chairs, all looking out on a green lawn and some big trees. Also provided were two bikes with helmets, but we didn't use them because we'd brought our own. The bike paths in the area are wonderful. The place had everything we needed and the house manual and other instructions for kitchen appliance, w/d, etc., are there if you need them. I highly recommend the Love Shack!

Great stay in Greeley! Very clean and loved the kitchen.!The restaurants nearby were amazing!! Must checkout WeldWerks, Luna’s tacos, Margie’s Java Joint, and Santeramos. Beth was always quick to respond if we needed anything!

This beautiful basement apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The home is well kept and safe. I loved that the communication was quick and that my questions were answered. What a great place to stay and enjoy the area!! I would stay here again if the chance arises.

This home is a great oasis near bustling Old Town Fort Collins. After a day of shopping and exploring a multitude of boutiques and restaurants it was great to have a private place to come back to in a quiet neighborhood. The firepit and hot tub were a bonus. Three adults is definitely the max for this house in terms of total space and the ceilings in the bathrooms are low due to the design of the house. But the updates, lighting, privacy, host and location are amazing.

Cannot recommend this place enough! We stayed here for our wedding weekend and it was amazing. The space is so cute and had modern charm. They left us farm fresh eggs for us which were amazing. Location is great and close to the mountains, cricket and stars at night. Got a chance to meet one of the owners and he was extremely friendly and accommodating. Nothing negative to say!

Excellent stay in a nicely redone and very clean craftsman cottage on a quiet tree-lined street. Easy to get to anywhere in Loveland. Two comfortable bedrooms, a good-sized kitchen, great laundry room … and a nice dining/living room area. There’s a train track behind the backyard, but the train only goes by in mid-morning and we honestly barely heard it. Super communications with Anthony.

I'd give Dianne's place 10 stars if I could. Dianne is a thoughtful, responsive, and proactive host. The basement apartment is located in a beautiful, safe and quiet neighborhood, short driving distance away from shops and restaurants, and has absolutely everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. Dianne went above and beyond to include sweet touches around the apartment, to make you feel right at home. The place is squeaky clean and includes laundry, which was so helpful after a long week of travel. Essentials provided (toilet paper, towels, soap, shower products) are of high quality and considerate of the environment and guests health (i.e. unscented laundry detergent, etc). The bed is really comfortable with enough firmness for support but a soft topper for comfort. Dianne's dogs are friendly and adorable, but as I personally have a general fear of dogs, she accommodated me by ensuring they are put up at all times. Grateful for everything she did and won't hesitate to rebook.

The place was perfect for us! Our host had very helpful instructions and notes. Everything was just like the listing. Definitely recommend checking out this home if you’re looking for a sweet and safe spot in Colorado!

From our first contact with Glenn and throughout our stay, Glenn was very responsive and accommodating. The apartment served us well for the purpose of our stay. The swing by the lake was beautiful. We spent our evenings there enjoying the peacefulness of the area. We like to walk, and found the neighborhood to be very walkable. The location of the apartment was in a quiet area and easily accessible to most anywhere you might want to go in Fort Collins. We appreciate the opportunity to have stayed at Glenn’s place.

This Airbnb was a great stay for the couple nights that we needed. Was clean and comfy. The lake is just down the road if you desire otherwise great area and not too far away from the necessities. Recommend a stay here.

I had a fantastic stay at Tim’s apartment in Fort Collins! Communication was excellent from start to finish—Tim was responsive and thoughtful, and his local restaurant recommendations were spot on. Traveling alone with my small kids, I really appreciated how safe and comfortable the space felt. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we could have possibly needed. Plus, being able to walk into town quickly and easily was a huge bonus. We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again!

We really loved staying here! Close to old town yet very quiet and peaceful. Beautifully designed gardens, lovely space itself. Even though it’s the bottom half of the home, it felt incredibly private. Every person we met was kind and helpful, not to mention patient with our 3 year old daughter who loves to meet everyone

The host was super communicative and gave detailed instructions. The lock was easy to use and worked well. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. I loved the space, how clean it was and all the kitchen supplies, extra blankets and board games supplied. Great value.

Felt like home away from home while working in Colorado. Would have loved to stay for good. Everything need is nearby but the property is located away from busy streets.

What a lovely apartment in downtown Windsor. Great for anyone. If you go on the weekend, check out the farmers market. Lots of cool restaurants to walk to. Highly recommended. Will visit again. Thank you!

This AirBnB was everything we wanted and more. The location can't be beat, right across from CSU and over a lovely, quality, and friendly restaurant below. The vibe of whole building is happy and peaceful, even with the bustle of the restaurant below during the mornings. We felt safe and cozy - which was good, because we ended up having to leave our 13 yr old son there most of the weekend because he came down with a horrible bronchial infection, poor guy. But the couches and recliner chair were super comfy for him to hang out on, and the throw blankets! I actually took a pic of the tag on one bc I must have it. The beds were comfy, too, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Finally, we were able to walk to so many different places - the location is unmatched. We had a great stay, and would reserve this place again!

There was a vase of beautiful bearded iris flowers on the table. Clear instructions available. Being right across the street from Hays Market was great for us. Briefly ran into Kelly outside, super friendly. We will be checking availability next time we are in the area.
