We recently stayed at Jay’s place in Alma for a ski trip, and we had the best time. The accommodation was perfect and, honestly, one of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed in. The level of detail he’s put into all the little things makes for such an exceptional stay. Would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice, cozy stay away from the noise but close to the ski field.

This cabin was the highlight of our Colorado vacation. It felt like we had a piece of the mountain to ourselves and enjoyed exploring the area. The river and bridges on the property were amazing, and we loved the views from the hot tub. Everything was very clean and comfortable. After we checked out, we spent a few nights in Estes Park at the Rocky Mountains National Park, but that couldn’t compare to our stay in this cabin! This location was everything we wanted and more. If you’re planning a Colorado trip you should absolutely stay here, it was better than the RMNP, and that’s saying a lot! My family would absolutely love to return to this cabin on a future trip. Alexandra was awesome too. Very responsive and flexible, offering early check in and late check out options, as well as recommending things to do in the area. Overall, this was a wonderful stay, 10/10 would recommend and 5 stars from the whole family! Don’t miss out on this hidden gem in Colorado!!!

We had a wonderful time in Brekenridege. Fritz's place was gorgeous. From the fireplace (and supplied wood) to the fire pit by the stream, the hot tub, the toiletries, the beautiful glasswear, pots and pans, it has anything you would ever need. It was as if it was my own house, fully stocked with every necessity. Thank you!!! It was fun seeing Momma Fox come up the stairs and cross the stream hunting for her little kits. Thank you for a beautiful stay!!

This Idaho Springs mountain cabin is pure magic! Tucked riverside with stunning nature all around, it’s the perfect blend of tranquility and modern comfort. The sleek, updated cabin feels like a luxe home in the woods, offering tons of family fun—think cozy nights and outdoor adventures. Couldn’t ask for a more peaceful getaway! Highly recommend!

Lauren’s place was a perfect escape from the normal chaos of life! The perfect get away for anyone looking to just get out in the mountains! Best way to enjoy a perfect night under the stars was to be in the nice warm hot tub or next to the perfect little fire pit! 10 out of 10 will go again! Thank you so much for a wonderful time!

The cabin was great and a perfect getaway for us!

We 5 people stayed here for 2 nights. The place was well stocked, well maintained and had beautiful, peaceful surroundings. However, we found that the size of individual rooms and overall property was too small for a party of 5 adults (>13 yo). There was barely enough space around the beds to walk. The bunk bed was too big for the room size. Most importantly, there was absolutely 'no' closet space in any of the rooms! I would recommend this place for a party of 4 people (including kids) only, and also travellers travelling light.

Michelle was an extremely gracious and responsive host! We will definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself. The view exceeds expectations.

Our family had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed our cabin stay. We celebrated my son’s birthday and Mother’s Day together. My son always likes to go on a trip/experience for his birthday and this was the cabin he chose. Picturesque views. Weather was great. The cabin really helps you feel right at home while soaking up the relaxation. We really had a great time.

This place is amazing, so peaceful and relaxing. I would definitely recommend staying here for a weekend get away!!

We loved how secluded it was and how beautiful everything was laid out. The scenery was everything to us. We were welcomed with snow all the week we stayed, it was clean and honestly the best place we stayed in!

The amenities and appliances were high quality and had clear instructions. The airbnb was comfortable, clean, and relaxing. Martha is a great host and communicator. I would definitely book this airbnb again.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary here. Loved our themed cabin “Gone Fishing” and actually got to fish the river right in the backyard of our cabin. Wonderful hosting and we got the opportunity to meet great community of guests from all over the US and even some from Europe!

We had an amazing stay! The place is small and comfy, with many places to enjoy the view and wonderful indoor accommodations. The Tv is quite small so if you are interested in watching anything maybe bring your computer, although we were so occupied with the surrounding TV was the last thing on our minds. The cabin is also located in Alma, and is about a 20 minute drive to FairPlay and a 30 minute drive to Breckenridge, but still very accessible. We loved it so much! Anyone would be lucky to stay here!

Unmatched stargazing! We’re regular visitors & the location can’t be beat! Secluded with tons of hiking yet close enough to nearby towns/amenities. Cute, quaint home with all the charm! Cozy indoor fireplace & inviting décor. Views & back patio are so nice to have! We saw fox (beware they may come right up to you and the front door!) AND moose right in the yard! Nice amenities for a small home. Enjoyed the second living area with a TV, leaving the main one for gathering and enjoying the views. Kitchen has basics – need to bring oil, spices, foil/parchment paper, etc. if cooking/baking. RO water system is VERY nice to have, especially in the dry climate! Home was very clean and nicely updated. Be aware we’re very familiar with this area and spiders are a common occurrence in the Summer. They easily slip through the cracks in these older homes. We LOVED the cedar hot tub – so nice! The turf and stepping stones on the first level patio are a nice touch. Great stay, friendly hosts.

We had such a great stay - we didn’t want to leave! We stayed for a few nights and enjoyed the gorgeous weather, scenery & a hike up to St. Mary’s - we even saw multiple moose!! The house is super clean, sunny & inviting. We appreciated all the extra linens, housewares, supplies, etc - we felt right at home! All instructions are clear & check in/out was a breeze! De is an amazing host & ensures you are taken care of through quick communication, including a binder full of recommendations, instructions & clear directions in the kitchen! We absolutely loved the area & the drive up to the cabin - would definitely recommend this stay to anyone, it is a wonderfully tranquil stay!!

We really enjoyed our stay in the cabin. It has a stunning view on the mountains and a nice terrace. The cabin is well-equipped and is ideally located to visit the Rocky Mountains national park. Kimberly was very responsive, all instructions were clear, she was very helpful and gave some good tips to explore the area. You can really see wildlife from the terrace. Would highly recommend to people that wish to stay in a quiet nice cabin with great views and explore the nature and the national park.

We got in late after dark and the purple cabin was a little tricky to find, but everything else went smoothly. The place is cute though and very clean, I would stay here again. Thank you

Dale’s place was amazing!! It all started with a very warm welcome from Dale. She was so friendly and helpful! The space is adorable, and the view is stunning! Everything is clean and cozy. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Perfect location for RMNP Access. Cleaned to an elite level. Views out the window and balcony are ideal. Perfect for our multi generational crew with its main floor bedroom and two step access from the driveway. While at the fire pit a herd of deer walked through the yard. Three different floors of bedrooms meant three different temperature accommodations which was a positive! The one who likes to sleep in the cold took the basement and the heat lovers took the top! No pets allowed means “low allergy” to us! Would stay again!

Was the perfect location for a mountain vacation getaway! The proximity to the RMNP was amazing. So many things to see and do. Cabin was tucked away in allenspark mountains community. Hope our next trip to Denver involves staying in this lovely cabin. Our five year old son loved playing on the rocks around the property. My husband and I loved the patio and got to see some local wildlife too. Thanks for having us!

This is an amazing and affordable place for a mountain-loving couple to get away! It's clean and comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen. The deck was a perfect place to sit and take in the soothing sounds of Silver Creek, the views of snow-capped mountains in the distance and the occasional deer grazing in front of the cabin. We recommend Tommyknocker's Brewery and the Mountain Exchange thrift store (both in Idaho Springs). The hike to St Mary's Lake is short but steep (1 mile from the cabin to the lake), and you can simply walk from the cabin to the trailhead, then up to the lake. If you're into hiking, you can take a 50 minute drive to Chief Mountain Trailhead, and get amazing 360 views from 11,710 feet for relatively little effort. It took us 2.5 hours to finish the 3 mile out-and-back trail. If you like scenic drives, take the drive up 119 to Nederland and on to Estes Park. Pro tip: take hwy 6 at the Golden exit to 119, it's more scenic off the start than the Central City Pkwy.
