Our studio apt has an industrial loft feel, w/garage-door window, exposed pipes & soundproofing. Clean & bright, with dedicated entrance, open floor plan, kitchenette (microwave only) & clawfoot tub/shower. Noise from above is likely. Because of the noise transfer, we are limited to no more than 2 guests at any time. We are in a very quiet neighborhood so it is not a good fit for folks who want to come and go at all hours of the night. Please no smoking or vaping of any kind in/on premises.

Our home, in the Historic College Hill Neighborhood, was built in 1913 and is just minutes from downtown, colleges, Tanger Center, the Greensboro Coliseum, and major interstate highways. There is room for several cars in the driveway. Street parking is only allowed for up to 2 hours, 7am - 6pm, Monday - Friday. Unlimited street parking on Saturday & Sunday and after 6pm any day. Violators may be ticketed or towed by the City of Greensboro.
