Amelia was very attentive, friendly and polite. The please was clean, comfortable, and very cozy. Very convenient location for skiing.

Loved the location, beautiful spot and lots of family friendly activities. Great host with great communication, we were very comfortable away from home!

Barbara was a wonderful host. The space was perfect for the four of us over the holiday break. Our kids especially enjoyed the game room and took advantage of the puzzles. Cozy home with great views and privacy.

We stayed at this apartment for 4 days with our adult sons snowmobiling. Access to trails is awesome, plenty of parking for trucks and trailers. Place inside is small but clean, neat, and well appointed. Great place to stay!

Came up to northern Vermont in October to enjoy the outdoors, could not have asked for a better spot. We got in some incredible hiking nearby and kayaking on the lake. Finding the place was easy and our hosts were very kind and responsive. The inside of the unit was up to date and neat and had all of the amenities advertised. The unit felt very private and a cozy place to hang out. Highly recommend

There's no beating the view of beautiful Lake Seymour. This was our second stay at the Lodge and the apartment was comfortable and had plenty of space for our doggos. John is super friendly and helpful. We can't wait to come back.

This is truly a riverfront oasis. The living room and porch overlooks the babbling Pemigewasset River. The unit is clean, quiet, and comfortable and perfect for a ski weekend, a hiking trip, or even just a relaxing weekend reading on the porch. We’ll definitely try to stay here again. The host was super responsive.

Krystal’s lake cottage was the perfect place to have a relaxing getaway!! It was clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck looking out at the water. The beds were comfy. Krystal was very responsive to messages and reached out a few days before our trip with helpful instructions. We hope to come back in the future!

We had a great time here. The lake was beautiful and it was peaceful to spend time even indoors when it rained. Nice hiking trails nearby. Would recommend for a romantic getaway or a family vacation. Helpful , responsive host.

We had an amazing stay at Bjorn's beautiful home where it was as picture-perfect as advertised! It is a gorgeous and modern home that was clean, well-stocked, and uniquely designed in such stunning surroundings (even in the rainy weather!). We cannot recommend Bjorn's home enough and are so appreciative of his accommodations in helping us celebrate our Middlebury grad!

We stayed here on a snowmobile trip. House is right off the VAST system. Parker Pie is less than 1 mile away by sled and has good food and trail side gas. Place was exactly what we needed; private cabin that could sleep a group of guys after a long day riding.

Jayne & Steve’s place was perfect for me and my boyfriend! The space was very cozy and had everything we needed. It was super close to downtown N. Woodstock, which had several different restaurants, breweries & shops. We really enjoyed the breweries-the servers were very friendly and accommodating. We only stayed one night but wished we could’ve stayed longer.

It’s great a vacation house for a family and will visit again if time permits Great facilities with entertainment and good WiFi connection.

We had a beautiful Christmas holiday at Jade’s place, complete with 6 inches of fresh snow! The house was well stocked for cooking, had plenty to entertain the kids (puzzles, games), and was a beautiful place to be. We loved the farmhouse aesthetic, the many windows and the views of snow covered trees.

We loved the beautiful cabin onLake Parker !! It was quiet, peaceful & cozy. The bed was cozy. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook your own meals. We loved the open kitchen and livingroom space. We enjoyed sunsets in the evening and watching ducks and geese. This place is lovely.

We had such a great family weekend getaway! It was the perfect location, close to many winter activities. The whole place was immaculate, organized, and spacious. A bathroom off of each room was very convenient and the living area was great for everyone to spend time together. The resort was also great with a beautiful indoor pool/hot tub, a small skating rink and other amenities. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful too.

The condo was very beautiful and homey. We spent most of our stay indoors because it rained, and we enjoyed every second! Everything was as described and well taken care of. Basia and Bradley checked in on us throughout our stay and gave us plenty of recommendations. Looking forward to staying there again!

We absolutely loved this place!! Beautifully decorated, super clean, and perfect higher end furnishings for our group! We had my "older" mother with us and the ground level living and spaces were ideal for getting around. There were so many amenities and personal touches we loved. We can't wait to book again!

Jessie is a wonderful host! She was very easy to communicate with and the place was exactly as described. Check in and out is very easy. We had to extend a day due to a snowstorm and Jessie was really flexible and easy to work with. The kitchen was well stocked with basics (oil, spices, hot cocoa, coffee). The place overall is beautiful and was very clean. The bunk beds are extremely comfy! The view from the deck is gorgeous and the area is very convenient. In summer you can walk to town and the condo lounge. It’s a quick drive if not walkable weather. The one downside was the place is still in need is some renovations (some has been done and is gorgeous), so there was a minor water leak and the downstairs bed was really uncomfortable - but Jessie was really responsive and helpful about the leak. I’m sure renos will be done soon and that will be resolved. We would definitely stay again!

This was our second time staying at Matt's place and we loved it once again. It is the perfect spot for two families to enjoy a long weekend away. It was great to have the indoor pool on a rainy day. And, Matt was very responsive and helpful. We hope to stay again next year.

This was my second time staying here. Although, it rained the 1st 2 days there, we still very much enjoyed our stay I absolutely love it. The river is right out back, gorgeous view with a deck to sit on. The sound of the river is wonderful! Her place is clean. It's perfect for what I need!! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Very comfortable place.close to hiking and restaurants in town. My wife even saw a moose in the neighborhood!
