A wonderful weekend getaway! My husband and I stayed at Sophia’s place this past weekend after our wedding and it was exactly what we were hoping for. During our wedding we opted to exchange vows privately, but we didn’t end up reading them to each other until the following day after we had arrived. Who else can say that they exchanged vows while sitting by a cozy fire making s’mores?! Sophia’s home will hold a special place in our hearts. We absolutely loved our stay! Everything about the cabin was exactly what we needed for our extended weekend in Maine for my nephew's wedding. The cabin itself was super roomy and comfortable for the five of us. We were supposed to be seven, and even then it would've been plenty of comfortable, cozy space. We didn't think we'd have much time to hang out at the cabin because of the wedding, but we got to sneak in some beach/lake time on the last day. Alexa is an amazing hostess. From the minute we checked in, she texted to make sure everything was as expected. I had a question about the kayaks, and within moments she replied with an answer. My family and I have been to Bridgton every summer since 2009. This was our first time staying somewhere other than our usual spot. I would totally go back--especially because the cabin is clearly very dog friendly and we have two fur babies. Whether you are looking for a summer by the lake or a winter on the slopes-this place is perfect!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The pond was beautiful, the people friendly. We relaxed on the patio taking in the views, listening to the frogs & loons. Hope to come back again!

This cabin is the perfect”Maine” experience. Quiet and peaceful. Lots of places to go with Conway, Sebago Lake, Evans Notch, just to name a few that are a short drive away. What could be better than having the White Mountains at your back door? Thx Christina and David.

I was meeting with family for a graduation. Four of us were staying here. The place was exactly what we needed in our lives and hoped for. It was country, quiet, peaceful and beautiful. It was so beautiful sitting on the back porch that we never once sat in the living room. We had lots of coffee and laughs sitting out there. We never even went into the hot tub or sauna. Would definitely recommend if this is what you need for your soul.

My husband and I had a truly relaxing weekend spending time at the cabin. Lots of space to stretch out and relax by the pellet stove. Friendly and accommodating hosts. Definitely the sort of place worth a repeat visit.

Great space for our two family ski trip. Comfortable for our 4 adult/4 kid sleeping arrangement. Stocked kitchen made it easy to come home and enjoy family meals. Capping off our nights in the hot tub was the perfect way to end our evenings. Thank you for a sharing your lovely space and we highly recommend others come for the same great experience!

The cabin was exceptional in every way! Numerous thoughtful touches throughout, from the welcome bottle of wine to the time and effort that was made to create a fun and entertaining treasure hunt on the property. The cabin was perfect for a quiet, relaxing stay and I would highly recommend the home to anyone searching in the area.

Great, cozy cabin. It had all of the amenities, including a nice fire pit. Short walk to the trailhead for Cathedral Ledge and walkable to Echo Lake. The cabin is a short drive to Diana’s Bath and a short drive into North Conway as well. We’d definitely stay there again!

This cabin is s gem! it's private but close to restaurants shops and the mountains. check in was simple, everything was there that you would need.

Our stay at Emily's was peaceful and comfortable. It is definitely a typical cabin stay, but with all the amenities (hot water, AC, heat, TV w. Netflix/Hulu, electric fire places, coffee, dishwasher, laundry, wifi etc.) My daughter enjoyed having the whole downstairs level to herself, which was completely renovated and matched the rest of the cabin aesthetic. The washer and dryer came in handy, as the cabin was Part 2 of a 9 day trip, so we were able to pack less and re-wear our outfits. The cabin was clean (no traces of pet hair or webs) and inviting, and we enjoyed our stay at Oliver's outlook.

We had the most wonderful stay! We spent a week, celebrating our 15th anniversary, soaking in the views, enjoying the wild life and cozying up at the camp fire, enjoying one another’s company. The cabin was clean, stocked with necessities and perfectly decorated. The bed was comfortable and all the linens were clean, with very comfy pillows too! Lots of games were provided, and the view from the living room is stunning. You look right out onto the pond. We had some wildlife visit us, and a chipmunk we made friends with. Look for his little house entrance by the fire pit! He also loved perching on the cairns to watch us Explore the property and find some little hidden gems of beauty The locals were super friendly, Jon was very accommodating and responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience Thank you so much. We are looking forward to visiting again!!

Beautiful location with such peaceful surroundings. Cabin was perfect with a great beach and water access. Mosquitos were pretty bad, we all got like 100 bug bites, so be aware of that and bring some strong bug spray and citronella candles. Also notable that there is no AC, plenty of fans but no AC. The upstairs got very hot and stuffy with the recent heatwave that we just had. We will rent again though!

Took a family trip to see Maine during fall…this lake cabin is a bucket list dream. We enjoyed using the fire pit and also had a blast using the peddle boat on the lake. The fall foilage in October is perfect and staying in Patricia’s cabin is what dreams are made of. Thank you so much for an amazing stay. =)

It was our first time visiting Maine and to be able to stay at this adorable cabin was the cherry on top of a great trip. It was private, clean and beautiful - what more do you need? Sarah was a super responsive host and really made us feel right at home with all of the little touches. We can’t wait to stay here again!

We had a great stay at Leah's cabin. The place was warm and cozy, and we enjoyed the lookout onto the beautiful frozen lake. Leah was very proactive and responsive. A great stay!

Had a great stay at the cabin. The lake and surrounding mountains are beautiful. Lake was fun to fish off dock and using canoe. Nearby town Bethel has a few nice restaurants and there are a number of easily accessible day hiking spots nearby. The beds are super comfortable as well. Overall a great stay!

I organized a weekend ski trip to Sunday River with about 9 people in February of 2025. We (group of people in their late 20s, mid-30s) were all celebrating one of our friend's birthdays with a weekend of skiing and socializing. Honestly spot on price/value combination for what you get, its location to Sunday River, what amenities are there. Lots of space for adults to sleep if the goal is to just have a place to crash, get up in the morning, hit the slopes, then repeat that a few times. Great communication on check-in and out, we will 100% be back if we can book it again! Just be aware the house has well-water or something like that, so if you have anyone in your group who is particular about their tap drinking water, give them a heads up.

Lovely cabin with beautiful knotty pine paneling inside. Loved the outdoorsy decor theme. Enjoyed very interesting selection of books. No window treatment allowed as much natural light as possible and created a sense of living in the woods. The big window in the bathroom was ultra pleasant. The shower head water pressure was unbeatable. The bathroom gas light gave light and heat. The bed was very comfortable but too high. The large windows in the bedroom allowed me to see the sky and the rising sun through the trees while in bed. The galley kitchen had 2 large windows, one facing outside, one porch, with sufficient counter space making meal prep very pleasant. I appreciated the large kitchen trash receptacle, very convenient. Helpful instructions were posted everywhere. The fully off grid experience was fun. We enjoyed the playing cards, the books and our candle light dinners.

Host was great and a super quick responder. The house was incredibly cozy and a great place to stay for a weekend get away at Sunday River.

Beautiful, peaceful retreat! My wife and I loved the location- the trees and the mountain were stunning. The cabin was just what we hoped for. We really enjoyed the wood burning stove and the porch swing! Brian was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this place!
