Family home of 200 m2 with 5 bedrooms, one of which is dedicated to a relaxation room and home cinema. Large space with a 75 m2 living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, rooftop, large 120 m2 terrace, swimming pool, air conditioning, jacuzzi (optional) and chicken coop. We ask tenants to feed our cats and chickens that stay outside. We are 15 min from St-Emilion, 35 min from Bordeaux, 18 min from Libourne and 2 min from Branne, where you will find all amenities.

The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

“La Volière” Gîte between two seas – Saint-Émilion

La Volière is located on a rocky promontory, overlooking a beautiful farm where a few sheep roam. Adjacent to the estate, the cottage, with its private garden, will offer you the silence of the countryside and a peaceful view. In the summer, you can enjoy access to the shared swimming pool. Many wineries around us, walks or bike rides, flea markets and garage sales depending on the period, and if you want to breathe the ocean, it's not far!

In a 19th-century house with a 5,000 m² park, renovated in 2020, enjoy a 90 m² self-contained accommodation in one wing of the house, featuring its own kitchen, bathroom, a 15 m² master bedroom with a double bed, an 11 m² children's bedroom with 2 single beds (convertible to a 180 cm bed), a 30 m² living room, and a private terrace. You can also enjoy its park and vegetable garden.
