There is a separate entrance and another entrance leading to common areas: atrium, breakfast area, living room, library, front and back garden. Parking is on the premises. WiFi and LAN connection.

Il monolocale gode di tutti i confort, è composto da cucina con tavolo da pranzo e da un armadio, che funge da divisorio tra la zona giorno e la zona notte, con letto matrimoniale e all'occorrenza un letto singolo.
