The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

The return trip from the slopes to the house is possible by skis or bus.

Le Prese is also very close, where you can stroll comfortably by the lake. Or you can take the Bernina Express, which takes you over the circular viaduct of Brusio (UNESCO World Heritage Site) to Tirano.
