Comodo passaggio alla pista ciclabile e a pochi metri dalla fermata del bus per Locarno. Si trova inoltre di fronte ad un eco ristorante dove è possibile prenotare per la colazione o un buon pasto con specialità a km 0. Ottimo per un soggiorno romantico o con amici ma anche con tutta la famiglia.

Upon request, the bed sofa (130x195cm; same bedroom) can accommodate a 3rd person (surcharge). Please explicitly include this in your booking.

Die Bushaltestelle mit Verbindungen zu den Skipisten von Flims/Laax in die eine und nach Chur in die andere Richtung, ist nur 2 bis 5 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Wohnung ist modern, komfortabel und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit viel Holz, grossen Fenstern und natürlichen Materialien, die eine warme und einladende Atmosphäre schaffen.

From the house you have a fantastic view towards Locarno/Ascona over Lake Maggiore. The house, newly renovated and in a quiet location, has a large garden on several levels, a pergola and various seating areas. A wonderful pool is available for shared use with the host family. Parking is available, but also easily accessible by public transport, next bus stop 10min walk. It is an excellent starting point for wonderful hikes and excursions into the Verzasca Valley.
