The house is a starting point for mountaineering, hiking, cycling, close to various barg lifts. Beautiful outdoor pool near Bellinzona, large adventure pool in Rivera (10 minutes by car). The house is 5 minutes from a bus stop (public transport). A gourmet temple of Osteria Orlin is a 10-minute walk away. There is also a lot of space available for art.

Casa Magging is located on the road that connects Locarno to Ponte Brolla. The house immersed in nature is equipped with every comfort. It consists of 2 apartments with large outdoor spaces and direct access to the Maggia River. Apartment 1 with private parking, has a bright bedroom with a must-see view, a large living room with a sofa bed and a wood-burning fireplace, 2 bathrooms, an equipped kitchen and a covered terrace with BBQ as well as large outdoor spaces to enjoy sunbathing.

Casa Brione 41

Casa Brione 41 is a unique gem. In 2023, the house was completely renovated and impresses with its modern design and attention to detail. There are 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms with showers. Outside, there is a balcony on the ground and upper floor with a wonderful view of Lake Maggiore, as well as several seating areas and terraces for relaxing. The shared use of a pool (with the other 8 houses (mostly Easter - Oct), as a parking space are available.

Abtrennbare Wohnbereiche lassen auch beim Urlaub mit mehreren Familien Privatsphäre zu. 19 Betten sind auf 7 Zimmer verteilt was wirkliche Erholung und Privatsphäre auch mit grösseren Gruppen verspricht.

Our sauna can optionally be rented for 100 CHF. Bus stop (ski bus) and supermarket are 50 or 300 m away. Our cottage is equipped with Sonos & Spotify, flat screen TV and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with what is needed. Arrival day in peak season: Sunday (or by appointment)

The large entrance area is ideal for all your sports equipment such as skis and bikes as well as outer clothing. Slippers are provided on site to explore the rooms. In this non-smoking house you can spend cozy evenings with friends or family incl. fondue oven. You can park your car right in front of the house.

Perfect for a digital detox! Our Casa di Berna is located in the centre of the small village of Paudo. The cosy rustico is ideal as a place to calm down and has two bedrooms and a cosy eat-in kitchen. Small but nice is our motto! Our rustico is fully equipped and has a bathroom with shower and a small WC-bathroom on the upper floor. The absolute highlight is the wonderful view of the Magadino plain.
