No rental to 1 person. The newly renovated Rustico is located in an absolutely quiet location. 2 minutes walk to a large children's playground. The house is the starting point for mountaineering, hiking, biking, close to various cable cars. Beautiful outdoor pool near Bellinzona, large adventure pool in Rivera (10 minutes by car). The house is 5 minutes away from a bus stop (public transport). A gourmet temple, Osteria Orlin, is a 10-minute walk away. There is also plenty of space for art.

Casa Brione 41 is a unique gem. In 2023, the house was completely renovated and impresses with its modern design and attention to detail. There are 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. Outside, there is a balcony on the ground and upper floors with wonderful views of Lake Maggiore, as well as several seating areas and terraces for relaxing. The shared use of a pool (with the other 8 houses (usually Easter - Oct), as well as a parking space are available.

The kitchen is fully equipped with what is needed. Arrival day in peak season: Saturday (or by appointment)

The cosy rustico is ideal as a place to calm down and has two bedrooms and a cosy eat-in kitchen. Small but nice is our motto! Our rustico is fully equipped and has a bathroom with shower and a small WC-bathroom on the upper floor. The absolute highlight is the wonderful view of the Magadino plain.
