Breakfast not included! Just 5 min. walk from the lake /main station and 10 from the piazza grande/old city. Ideal for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 kids. Located on the ground floor with direct entrance from the parking place, the apartment, renovated in 2021, consists in a living room with one sofa bed, one double bedroom, one kitchenette, one laundry, bathroom and a second shower. A small outdoor area is also available. 10 parking spaces at your disposal only upon availability. City Tax incl.

The middle room with living/dining room and kitchen is very bright with a view of Sargans Castle. The upper seating area offers great panoramic views of the castle and Gonzen. The guest apartment is ideal for 2-4 people. Large double bed, bunk bed in the upper room, sofa bed or folding bed. On request, use of hot tub, sauna and washing machine.

The holiday apartment is on the lower floor of a family house. From the terrace you have a wonderful view of the surrounding villages with their mountains and the municipality of Landquart. From here, you can explore wonderful areas throughout the year. The apartment has 3 rooms and was gently renovated in 2017. The furnishings are new and very well maintained with new kitchen and new bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished with everything you need.
