Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

The family-friendly 75 sqm (3.5 rooms) ground floor apartment is located on the outskirts of Churwalden. The pretty Grisons village, the entry portal to the Arosa-Lenzerheide ski resort. The place has a spectacular summer toboggan run. The center with shopping, outdoor pool / ice rink, as well as all lift stations are within 10 minutes' walk. The return trip from the slopes to the house is possible by skis or bus.

Cozy and central: Studio with free parking

The beautiful spacious studio (29 m² and 8 m² balcony) is centrally and quietly located in Valbella, just before Lenzerheide, in the Arosa-Lenzerheide vacation region. It is very well served by public transport (3-minute walk to the Valbella Dorf stop) or by car (free underground parking included). A perfect getaway for every season: for hiking, biking, skiing, working or vacationing in the mountains.

Here you can relax in absolute tranquility in the mountains and really unwind. The apartment has two separate bedrooms and is therefore ideal for families. Our apartments are located in the complex of the Tulai holiday park. The building consists of 113 apartments. We have 10 apartments (all facing south) which we have completely renovated in recent years. The studio offers more than 50 m² of generous space for 2 people. They are modern and tastefully decorated and invite you to relax and enjoy.
