The house has four bedrooms, indoor and outdoor fireplace, state of the art kitchen, magnificent terrace and spacious sauna with a view. For guests there is free wood, ping pong table, outdoor grill and bicycles. 50 m away, sandy beach and fishing waters await. To the grocery store only 10 minutes, and 20 minutes from the tennis court, Grisslehamn sea bath with SPA and ferry to Åland.

Sit back and relax in this nice & charming backfall house. About 400 m to the sea bay & a small swimming area. Here you like nature, you like nature,walking & just being . In the summer, barbecue & outdoor furniture is available on the secluded patio. Rowboat is available to borrow for a day on request. There is a 120 bed & a sofa bed drapery for the bedroom. No smoking ,no pets due to allergies. Sheets & towels not included but can be added for 150:-pp The house is close to the main house where we live permanently .

Welcome to a historical beach house on the shore of Väddö canal! We are renting out the upper half of it - the spacious upper floor with a private entrance. The story of this beautiful house dates back to the 19 century when the school teachers from Stockholm used to spend their holidays here. Beautiful back yard with a sitting area facing and with access to the sea (Väddöviken). 5 km to lovely Grisslehamn with the nearest grocery store, restaurants, marina, luxury spa hotel and ferry to Åland.

A short walk takes you to a quiet lake and a lovely sea inlet, for swimming, or just unwinding by the water. The house has all modern comforts, an open floor plan, and big windows that bring the outdoors in. There’s also a private sauna. Especially great for families with little ones - there are toys, swings, a highchair, and a baby bed to make your stay easy and fun. Enjoy the peace and quiet!

Båtsmanstorp 1 hour itinerary from Stockholm

Båtsmanstorp in rural Roslagen. Proximity to animals and nature. Gently renovated cottage with wood stove and fireplace. Lush, secluded and large garden with many cultural varieties of plants. The nearest lake is Erken where there are several different bathing areas and scenic areas. At the cottage there is a wood-fired sauna. There is good bus communication to, for example, Stockholm or Grisslehamn for day trips. Norrtälje city is also a nice excursion destination.

Take the chance to rent this nice attic apartment on top of the old brew cottage on a rural farm located in beautiful Roslagen. From the farm you have by car 5 minutes to Hallstavik and 5 minutes to Herräng. A walk of 1000m through the forest will take you to Edeboviken, where you can take a swim and sunbathe on the cliffs. There is room for 3 people, with a bed and a sofa bed for 2 people. Large newly built private patio belonging to the apartment in the back.

The house rules are not for events and parties but to enjoy the nice Grisslehamn and the tranquility of the environment. You're supposed to be 30 years old and no smoking indoors. Nybyggt attefallshus centralt i Älmsta, med närhet till bad samt gångavstånd till matbutik. Huset har två separata rum med dubbelsäng 140 cm i sovrummet. Bäddsoffa, bord, kyl, vattenkokare, tv i det andra. Altan med bord och stolar. Frukost, lunch och middag går att beställa från vår restaurang. Handdukar, sängkläder och städning ingår. Cyklar finnas att låna. Laddstation för elbil finns på parkeringen. Välkomna till oss!
