A spacious, friendly and barrier-free holidayhome in the quiet villa park "De Zeven Heuvelen" with a nice screened garden. The town centre with a variety in shopping and recreation is about a 15 minute walk away. Groesbeek is a pleasant village with beautiful walking and cycling areas, such as the Bruuk, Millingen, the Ooipolder, Reichswald (in Germany). The Vrijheidsmuseum (Freedom Museum) is an 18 minute walk (3 minutes by car) and the historic city-centre of Nijmegen only 20 minutes by car.

Deze nieuw gebouwde bosvilla staat midden in een groene oase van stilte, ontspanning en rust in de bosrijke heuvels van Groesbeek. Vanuit dit vrijstaande huis kun je heerlijk wandelen, fietsen en/of mountainbiken. De ruime villa heeft een oppervlakte van 110 m2 en 3 slaapkamers en is omringd door een grote tuin grenzend aan het bos. Het perceel van bijna 500 m2 heeft twee eigen parkeerplaatsen, dus privacy en ruimte zijn gewaarborgd. Wij verwelkomen je van harte voor een heerlijke vakantie!

Unique and atmospheric chalet in the forest near Nijmegen.

Gelegen in de Groesbeekse bossen nabij de Mookerhei vind je chalet Elja, een oase van rust. Met vele natuurlijke en interessante activiteiten in de omgeving is er altijd iets te doen – maar niets hoeft, want gewoon relaxen in ‘je eigen bostuin’ kan ook. Lekker wandelen of mountainbiken in de bosrijke omgeving, een dagje op het water in recreatiepark Mookerplas of een bezoek aan Nijmegen, de oudste stad van Nederland. Dit zijn een paar opties maar er zijn nog veel meer mogelijkheden.

The chalet is of wood and inside loam (leem), all environmentally friendly. There is a livingroom of 40 m2 in L-form, with a conservatory (serre) on the frontside. It's very light, with big high windows, with views in the forest. There's a tree in the livingroom, to fit even more in the forest. Upstairs there's one big sleepingroom of 35 m2 with one doublebed and one sofa on the other side of the room. There's a terrace there where you can sleep and sit outside on the roof.

Couples will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. The interior design is unique and inspiring. Horses graze on the surrounding meadows. The nature reserve, the European cycle path and a bus stop are 300 meters away. The Reichswald can be reached in 10 minutes by foot. A gym is about 500 m away. Nijmegen and Kleve are easily accessible by bike and bus. The Köller-Müller, Kurhaus Kleve and Moyland museums are not far away

This fully furnished studio of 40m² with terrace is located behind our house on the edge of nature and recreation areas. It is a great base for cycling, mountain biking, hiking in this versatile area. The historic (shopping) city of Nijmegen with shops, restaurants and museums is 10 km away. The bus stops in front of the door, station at 2 km. .
