Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Grohote

A wonderful apartment in a wonderful place, you just go down a couple of steps under the house and right into the sea. Very tastefully furnished. In the kitchen you will find everything you need, including capsules for the coffee machine and cold beer in the fridge :) The highlight is of course the large terrace with a view of the harbor and the sea. Thanks to Peter, the landlord, we felt at home. We had a fabulous vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at Branka’s place. The apartment was beautifully decorated, spotless, and felt so welcoming. The garden was a lovely spot to relax in the evenings, and everything was exactly as described. The location couldn’t have been better — tucked away just enough from the main streets to be peaceful, but only a few minutes’ walk to the centre, restaurants, and the waterfront. Check-in was really easy and flexible, and Branka was kind, responsive, and so accommodating. We’re very grateful for her help and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Split!

If I could give this Airbnb 10 stars, I would! Ana’s villa was the perfect stay for our group of 9. The space is large, spotless, and the backyard is stunning. We loved relaxing by the pool and feeding the cute turtles with fruit and veggies. Ana was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions, recommending restaurants, and even booking one for us. She also arranged a fantastic driver for airport transfers. On our last night, Ana and her husband, Mate, prepared a traditional Croatian meal for us, accommodating all dietary needs. They even brought a birthday cake for one of our group—such a thoughtful touch! We were truly blown away by their hospitality. We can’t say enough good things about Ana, Mate, and the villa. We had a nice stay in the apartment. Great location- easy walk to Marjan park, ferry/train/bus stations, Old town, grocery stores, restaurants. Clean and well equipped, quiet at night. Nice to have an outdoor space. Recommend as a great place to stay.

This home was above and beyond expectations! The house was fab, but the uniqueness of the space outside, the view, was sensational. . The winding steps down to the water through the trees, relaxing on the waters edge was so peaceful. This is a nature lovers paradise as lots to see and hear! Petar is the perfect host living locally and always available. Just a couple of minutes walk around the bay is a great restaurant, lovely steaks, fish etc and same views. It’s close enough but out of sight! This will be the first time ever I wish to rebook a property!

Tudo excelente! O apartamento tinha um cheirinho gostoso, bastante limpo, tudo novinho. As instruções para a chegada foram super claras, a localização era ótima! Lugar tranquilo e cerca de 20 minutos de caminhada até o centro velho. Foi uma ótima estadia!

We stayed at Stjepan’s apartment for 3 days. We were very happy. The apartment has lots of charme and is perfectly located. Restaurants and the port are just 3 min away. A parking space within walking distance (5min) is included, but is somewhat difficult to find. This isn’t a big problem however: when we first failed to find it, we contacted Stjepan. Within 10min his lovely mother knocked on our door and showed us the parking space. And when we left she gave us some homemade dried figs. She was so nice. Overall we can highly recommend staying here.

Fantastisk fint sted, levde absolutt opp til forventningene. Nydelig utsikt! Alt vi trengte av fasiliteter. Veldig praktisk med tre soverom + tre bad. Litt irriterende med bjeffing fra hunder i fjernt nabolag, men ingenting som ødela for det gode helhetsinntrykket. Vi kommer gjerne igjen og kan trygt anbefale stedet til andre. Perfekt for familie på 5-6 personer.

klein aber fein! Die Lage ist wunderbar - direkt in der Stadt aber ruhig. Es gibt, alles, was man braucht und es war super sauber und ordentlich. Ich war noch nie in einem so gut ausgestatteten Airbnb! Bequemes Bett, Klimaanlage vorhanden, ein Platz draußen zum Frühstücken. Große Empfehlung!

Marina est une hôte adorable qui nous a très bien accueilli. Elle nous a donné toutes les indications que ce soit sur le logement ou pour accéder à la ville. Elle nous avait même laissé, dans la cuisine, des mandarines de son jardin. Une gentille attention. Son appartement était très propre, spacieux qui offrait une très jolie vue sur la ville et le port. La cuisine était équipée d'une plaque de cuisson et d'un micro onde, très appréciable pour réchauffer pizza ou autres. Il y avait même un lave linge (penser à prendre une dosette de lessive) Place de parking juste devant la maison. Ville magnifique. Tout était parfait. Je recommande vivement cet hôte et ce logement.

Sehr herzlicher Empfang von Brigitta und Antun. Wir wurden mit Kaffee und Muffins in dem wunderschönen schattigen Innenhof verwöhnt, den wir auch zum Frühstücken nutzen durften. Unkomplizierter Kontakt, Brigitta spricht deutsch. Schönes kühles Appartement, blitzsauberes Bad. Fußläufig zur Altstadt von Trogir und doch ruhig gelegen. Einfache Badegelegenheit in der Nähe, wenn man mal schnell Schwimmen gehen will. Sehr schöne Strände in wenigen Fahrminuten erreichbar. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank.

Jelena is an excellent host. The accommodation was perfect for myself and my two daughters in their twenties. So peaceful with so many beautiful and walkable beaches and restaurants. Had a fab time ❤️

Fantastic accommodation, would highly recommend to stay here! Iris was flexible with check-in, there were some suggestions with local restaurants which were quite helpful. We loved our stay here.

Had a fantastic stay at this apartment 2 mins walk to the most beautiful beach & same to the harbour ... A lovely apartment spacious for 2 with all u need and a comfortable bed ..There is a hotel built in front but still has a seaview with a beautiful sunset every evening. When we got off the ferry there was no taxi and a long wait for the bus without even asking Vinko offered to pick us up. We had a late flight so he allowed us to change in his home and store our luggage so we could spend the last day enjoying Postira ..On request he organised a taxi at a good price to take us back to the ferry . We will definitely be back Vinko u are a gentleman:))

Staying at Linda’s apartment in Split was an absolute delight. The apartment looked exactly as beautiful as shown in the pictures—spacious, spotlessly clean, and stylishly decorated with great attention to detail. Everything we could have needed was there, and we felt immediately at home. The location couldn’t have been better: just steps away from all the main sights and attractions of the city. The airport pickup went smoothly, and Baldo was incredibly kind and helpful. He shared amazing recommendations for restaurants and hidden gems around Split, which made our stay even more special. Truly, everything was perfect—we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you so much for hosting us, Linda. We would love to come back and stay in this beautiful apartment again on our next visit to Split!

We had a wonderful stay here for 5 days, wish it could have been longer. Fantastic property with everything you need. Dubravka is a fantastic host. Absolutely beautiful location, the water on your doorstep was pristine. The locals are friendly. A wonderful place to relax and unwind. We will be back next year but for longer next time.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in dieser sehr schönen Villa! Die Fotos entsprechen genau der Realität. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, es gab wirklich alles, vor allem in der Küche war von Küchengeräten, vielfältigen Geschirr und Gewürzen alles da. Die Gastgeberin hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Es gab sogar eine Brotzeitplatte und Wein zur Begrüßung. Da das Wetter eher kühl war, konnten wir die Sauna und den Jacussi perfekt nutzen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

We had an incredible stay at this villa as a group of 6 friends and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Tracey was an amazing host, greeting us personally at check in and check out, which made it feel warm and personal. The villa was spotless, beautifully maintained, and everything ran smoothly. The swimming pool, BBQ area, and pool table were perfect for relaxing and having fun. The space was super generous, with room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The view was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to it each day felt like a dream. A standout moment was the surprise dinner by a local chef and a lovely bottle of house wine, such a thoughtful touch. Tracey was also very responsive throughout our stay. It was a truly unforgettable getaway, and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable escape. We’re already planning to return!

Wij hebben een super week gehad in het heerlijke huis in Klis. De hosts waren supervriendelijk en gastvrij. Dit huis is echt een aarader met de heerlijke tuin rondom en het mooie uitzicht op Split. Alle comfort in het huis. En het warme welkom is iets dat wij niet snel zullen vergeten. Net als de verrassing op een ochtend: er stond een heerlijk taartje op ons te wachten op de terras tafel! Echt alles was in een woord FANTASTISCH! Dank nogmaals aan de hosts en wij komen zeker terug!

We had a lovely stay at Villa Family. For our group it was very nice to have a separate living space so we could also have some time to ourselves. Some of our group loved to be able to walk down to the grocery store and beach each day, but it was also nice to be able to spend time at the property. The view was unbeatable. Megy was very helpful in helping us arrange taxis. My favourite was the large outdoor table on the terrace so we could all dine together!

We had such a lovely stay at Doris’s place! The house is beautiful – we loved the traditional architecture, stylish interior and the pool was perfect for cooling off. The views were incredible too – sea views in one direction and stunning mountains in the other. The location was ideal, with boat trips and rentals just down the road, plus a great little beach and beach bar nearby. Trogir is just 5-10 minutes drive away and split under an hour. You get the extra privacy and space of being slightly outside of the main towns but they are both still very accessible. Doris was always quick to respond to any questions and genuinely a joy to chat to. We’d love to come back again!

We loved our stay at this property. The location was fantastic, in a small village a short drive from the larger town of Omis. The villa itself was beautiful, and wonderfully clean. The outside amenities including the pool and the spa were so lovely after a day's exploring. Marin met us on arrival, and showed us around the property which was very helpful and welcoming. The area was stunning, with so much variety and lots to see and do. We particularly enjoyed our Zipline experience in Omis, and horse riding at Scuderia Montana in nearby Dubrava. All in all, a fantastic stay, thank you!

Misto II was everything we hoped for and more! The location is perfect—super quiet and private but just a quick drive to Primosten. We loved the pool, the outdoor seating area, and the stunning views. The house itself was spacious, comfortable, and had all the little touches that made it feel like home. We had such a great time and would absolutely stay here again!
