You can enjoy the resorts of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand 20 km away, Lake Annecy 9 km away, and Thônes with its market 9 km away. Mountain hiking, walking and mountain biking on site. Playground, sports complex 1 km away (Bcp+ in my travel guide below). Induction cooktop, dishwasher, EV outlet, equipped garden, shelters, deckchair. Check-in at 4pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Outside access to the garden with swimming pool, barbecue (in summer season of course) free private parking + garage for motorcycles, located in a haven of peace 15 minutes from Annecy, 30 minutes from Switzerland and 30 minutes from the first ski slopes. We accept animals as long as they are docile and educated.

Large cozy 1 bedroom with us

Our T1 bis is located above our garage, attached to our house. The entrance is independent, without neighbors, with a parking space available. We are in Cruseilles, a small town with all amenities, halfway between Annecy (20 minutes) and Geneva (20-30 minutes) and 5 minutes from the highway entrance allowing you to easily travel the Savoie region. In the case of 2 guests sleeping in 2 separate beds, I ask for a surcharge of €10 on the stay.

Domaine des moulins / The Tower and its Spa

The property is made up of two water mills whose first historical traces date back to 1728. The first mill, located in the tower, was once used to grind grain (wheat and rye). The second mill was used as a sawmill. Its wheel is still visible. You can walk around the 5000 m2 property. The place is bordered by two rivers the Morges (with a 7 meters waterfall in the forest) and the Usses. An ideal place for fishing and nature lovers.
