At my apartments you don't just rent a place to sleep or eat, but you rent to live an experience, specifically the experience of being on the terrace with that panoramic view.

Il Borgo Vacation Home

Casa vacanze Il Borgo is a small jewel entirely made of stone, located in the village of Rocca Sigillina in the municipality of Filattiera. It is equipped with a bedroom with a double bed and a cot, a bathroom and an open space with a sofa bed, dining room and kitchen. The accommodation has exclusive use of a swimming pool overlooking the Apennines, accessible directly from the kitchen window door. In the external courtyard there is also a gazebo with a table and deckchairs with an umbrella.

Belfortilandia, the small rustic villa

In an oasis of peace and tranquility, surrounded by unspoiled nature, we rent a small rustic mountain villa that is part of an ancient fief of the castle of Belforte (in Borgo Val di Taro), completely renovated while maintaining an ancient state of preservation. It enjoys a beautiful panoramic view of the Taro valley up to the Ligurian mountains. It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.

Casa Calma - quiet village house, spectacular views

In the north of Tuscany, in the Lunigiana, is the historic stone house Casa Calma. It was freshly restored with a lot of love in 2024. In the medieval castle village of Mulazzo, included in the list of "I più belli borghi d'Italia" in 2024, you will find tranquility, spectacular views of the Magra Valley and the Apuan Alps.
