The Mayen Studio

The studio is located in the old stable of our farmhouse. It has been recently renovated and includes a 140 cm bed, a bathroom with shower, a dining area, a private terrace and a kitchenette. The cottage is above the village of Mase at an altitude of 1600 m in a Mayens area, on the edge of the forest. The view of the Val d'Hérens is breathtaking... Many hikes are possible starting from the chalet. The nearest ski resort is Nax, a 10-minute drive away.

This studio is located 3 km from Sion, in the village of Bramois. The bus stop is directly in front of the building, it is close to all amenities and leisure activities. In addition, Sion, Anzère, Cran-Montana are only 20 minutes, 30 minutes and 35 minutes away, respectively.

Born here in Thyon in 1970, I grew up as my family helped build the resort. My father ran a restaurant, my mother a welcoming pub — now Le Bouchon, just 30m from the studio. My grandmother greeted generations of skiers until she was 86. This apartment holds that story. Welcome.
