La casa guarda il mare e i colori dell’alba riempiono di emozioni l’intero alloggio; la spiaggia è a 70 mt ed è possibile raggiungerla a piedi attraversando la pinetina. Siamo riusciti a realizzare un sogno: racchiudere i sacrifici di una vita dei nostri genitori dentro due strutture gemelle,cariche di racconti, narranti una storia di mare, di pesca, di sole di duro lavoro e salsedine.

It overlooks one of the main squares of the town, is close to the station (300 meters) and convenient to any type of shop. Crossing the center you can reach both the port and the promenade (about 1 km from both the promenade of San Benedetto and that of Grottammare).
