The apartment is accessed through its own front door and up a flight of stairs and outside it has a private terrace with table and chairs and views down to the swimming pool. Nelle vicinanze potete trovare tutto quello che vi serve per trascorrere una bella vacanza nel fermano: mare, spiagge libere ed attrezzare, aree verdi, una bella pista ciclabile. Ottima posizione per visitare il fermano con i suoi bellissimi borghi. Vi aspettiamo!

Our treehouse in the woods, built from iron and originally used as a bivouac, has been transformed into a retreat inspired by Japanese philosophy. Inside, it offers a unique experience with an ofuro (traditional Japanese bathtub), a sauna for relaxation, and an emotional shower that stimulates the senses. The minimalist design and attention to detail create a serene atmosphere, perfect for rejuvenating in harmony with the surrounding nature.

Detached house in Country House, House Acorn, 60 sqm finely furnished. We recovered all the old materials from the house in the recent renovation. One of the rooms overlooks a small terrace. Outside there is a large private area available for guests, shaded pergola and private barbecue. The property is completed by a 12x4,5 swimming pool with shaded porch available for guests.
