Walt’s place is absolutely perfect! We have been wanting to check out the Villages and the Spring House was perfectly located to see everything. The home is immaculate, well decorated, and had everything we needed plus! We even used the golf cart and had a wonderful time! Thank you Walt for being such a good host!

Enjoyed our stay immensely! House was exactly like the pictures very comfortable and beautifully decorated, son loved the kids room and play area many games to keep him occupied. Spa and pool were great as well. Host Sophia was very responsive when we had questions and she proactively greeted us before our stay and allowed an earlier check in when house was ready

Christy is an amazing host that was very friendly and accommodating. I loved that I didn’t have a massive list of things to do on check out, just lock up and go on my way. The home was beautiful and spacious, located in a nice quiet neighborhood. It served my family so well for the wedding we were in town for, not to mention the bed was SO comfortable. Val was very helpful from check in until check out. Everything went very smoothly and is a beautiful home. The home was set up with all the amenities we needed and had a well stocked kitchen. We were 2 families with teenagers and it was a great set up for us to enjoy time together around the fire pit or games at the dining room table while still having space to spread out. We brought out kayaks and found some wonderful places to explore nearby. we will definatly be renting this home again!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Ana’s property. The house was just what we needed for our family of four. The pool was a highlight! Ana was incredibly responsive and we felt right at home. The house is about 20 minutes to Disney and 35 minutes to Universal. My only tiny complaint was that the WiFi was very slow and spotty, but not a huge deal. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this house to anyone traveling to the Orlando area!

We came here for a little getaway with our dog, our baby and my parents in law for one night. We all loved every minute of it. The house feels like home right away. Everything’s so cozy and made with so much love for detail. Highly highly recommend this little hidden gem. We will definitely book again real soon.

The host Carmen was very responsible & very polite. The house is exactly like in the picture yet better! It was absolutely beautiful with everything we needed. It was a very comfortable stay, everything was very well cleaned & organized we did not need to go out of our ways to get anything the house is equipped with everything you need. 10/10! Highly recommend especially if you have children, the pool & the game room was perfect. My family & I are happy & will look foward to booking again in the near future.

We had another great stay at Belkins place. The house was clean, cozy, spacious, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was convenient and quiet, making it easy to get around and relax. Belkins was friendly, helpful, and responsive. She made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the Mt. Dora area, and we'd be happy to stay again!

Had an extended stay here and it was perfect! The neighborhood is quiet and has great amenities. Short walk to lake louisa as well and is close to shopping. The unit is well kept and had everything I needed for my stay! Jessica and her husband responded quickly and answered all my questions. I appreciated their tentativeness!! Will stay here again if I get the opportunity!

This lovely home was exactly as described. Located near the end of a gated street, but within 20 minutes of many restaurants. It also had the best selection of kitchen supplies and the nicest washer & dryer I’ve ever seen in a rental. Sue was a pleasure to work with!! We hope to return next year.

I can’t say enough about this place or the host!! It was way more than I ever expected. We were able to check in sooner than the original check in time. Dave was awesome with communication and periodically checked in to make sure everything was going good throughout our stay. Everything was well stocked in the house from the kitchen (including spices and other little stuff that you would normally have to run out and buy to make a meal) to the bathrooms. There is everything you would need for the pool also. Dave even thought about your furry friends by providing leashes/bowls and treats. The house was immaculate! All you needed to do was literally pack your bags. Thanks for a great stay. We hope to return to the villages in the winter time!

Such a great little spot in a nice neighborhood. Home is very clean and super comfortable. They also allow dogs so this fit us perfectly. The pool was amazing and we used it when we could. We had my daughter’s graduation to attend and we did some Disney days so we weren’t there all day every day but it did feel like home. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a quiet place to stay outside the busyness of the Orlando area. There are great businesses in the area for shopping and dining. Disney was only 30-40 min away depending on the park you’re visiting. I will be using this home if it’s available on our next trip!

Love it! I can't say enough! We came last year too and stayed here for Leesburg dragonboat festival. Bernadette and her husband are just the nicest people! We feel very welcome with our dogs :). They have all the comforts of home. We forgot our coffee and they had it! I hope to make it an annual tradition for dragonboat if they will have us! Fishing is great! Hubby caught a 5 pound big mouth Bass and liked sitting and watching the pros come back with their bass boats for tournament fishing. Great weekend getaway! Thanks Bernadette!

Such a beautiful place! Comfortable beds! Kitchen was awesome! We love to cook and had every appliance you could need. View from master bedroom and living room was amazing! Jamie was super accommodating and replied quickly when I had a few questions!!

We stayed at this home with our family of 6. It had all the games, toys, and entertainment a family with four young kids could ask for! We had friends come over and visit us while we were there, and the big backyard with all the entertainment and the pool enclosed from the rain kept our two families happy while they were there with us. Night time, the backyard has lights, as well as the pool, there’s an electric fireplace that could warm us back up quick in the in betweens from our pool time. Just so well thought out how they put seating in every nook of this home, so no matter where our kids wondered, we had a place to relax while they played. We visited a couple springs about 30/40 minutes from our place (that require reservations online now - heads up), and even went to Sea World, and the beach a couple days. All only 1 hr - 1.5hrs from the house. The house felt like home away from home! Thank you for the wonderful home!

I can’t say enough about Rosemarie as a host and this listing as a location. If you’re looking for a home centrally located in Clermont with a great host, then book this place. We will stay here every time we need a place in the area!

Great little house with everything you need. I was very impressed with the warm welcoming touches David added to the home before we arrived. He was very kind, friendly and very responsive. He also introduced us to Wild fire, his beautiful horse.

The home is so beautiful. Very private and a great location. There is a beautiful lake across the street. The neighborhood is safe and very private. From check in to check out it was such an easy process. The golf cart was a great addition. The host was very responsive. We definitely will be back. Thank you so much for our stay.

André is very kind and welcoming! He is very responsive and answers any and all questions I had. His listing is private, clean and perfect for a getaway. Neighborhood is calm. My dog was able to enjoy this stay with me as well. Pool is soo nice. I will definitely book this stay again. 10/10.
