The kitchen is fully equipped. At the foot of the chalet, closed location to store surfboard, sail, bikes..... Close to the sea 50 m, playground, volleyball court, funfair, beach restaurant, shops. You can get everywhere on foot.

On the 2nd row of the seafront, with your feet in the sand, the chalet is on 2 levels with A BONUS, an interior staircase. A very bright living room that connects to a beautiful terrace equipped with deckchairs and a dining area. The bedrooms, RARE for homes in this location, are spacious. The "seaside spirit" decoration is neat. The chalet has: air conditioning and heating.
