Apartment in a building of 1 floor with round ground, ideally located in a quiet area 100 m from the shops ( bakery, press, fishmonger small supermarket, restaurants etc.), about 300 m from the beach and close to the canal. Free parking in front of the accommodation. The accommodation has a total surface of 44 m2 as well as a full-length terrace of 25 m2 equipped with a table and chairs. In addition, the housing is bright. Weekly beach market in the summer every Sunday morning.

Very nice sunny apartment, quiet.

My place is close to the village and restaurants. In winter the square hosts 3 markets. In summer the streets are also filled with all the charm of Mediterranean markets. The nearest beach is 800 m away. You'll love my place because of the brightness, the comfort, the outdoors space. To get to the apartment there is a staircase with Japanese steps that is not suitable for young children or people with limited mobility.
