Lots of walks, bike trails and trips around. In our accommodation, we offer everything we would appreciate ourselves. We try to do everything for your satisfaction. Modřínový mini domek je vybaven luxusní matrací s mušelínovým povlečením, minikuchyňkou, splachovací toaletou a repasovanou vintage vanou na nožičkách. Na terase najdete sezení s pohovkou, křeslem a houpací sítí. Grilovat můžete ve venkovní kuchyňce na elektro grilu. Kapradí je jedním ze tří minidomků v naší lesní oáze. Jsme na okraji města a přitom hned vedle lesa. O snídani je postaráno, v ledničce budou dobroty od místních pěstitelů a farem. Rádi poradíme tipy na procházky i jídlo.

Welcome to the Rodlhaus GruBÄR! The wood-burning stove in the living and dining area provides cozy warmth. The very well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook. From the balcony, you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large Rodl. Upstairs, you'll find cozy sleeping spaces. You can relax in the barrel sauna in the garden or in the hammock with a view. Cafe Machine: Tschibo Cafissimo Various sauna infusion oils are available. Looking forward to seeing you soon :)

Relax alone, as a couple, or with the whole family in this friendly and quiet accommodation. It is located in the basement of our house and has its own private entrance. The garden, with a comfortable seating area, sunshade and charcoal grill, invites you to unwind and relax. In winter, many Christmas markets can be found nearby. Buchberg: 1-hour walk Braunberg: 2-hour walk A swimming pool, sports field, tennis court, and a shop are just 5 minutes away. Linz is only 20 minutes away.

Romantic apartment in seclusion

Romantic accommodation in a secluded area is located near Rožmberk nad Vltavou. The apartment is close to a small family farm, which also includes a small bee farm. By arrangement, it is possible to visit the bee farm and buy local honey, which is a regional product. The surroundings are ideal for mushroom picking, cycling and hiking. The town of Rožmberk nad Vltavou is only 2.5 km away. Here you can visit Rožmberk Castle or sail the Vltava River in the summer months.

Enjoy the quiet atmosphere of our former farm with a central location. The newly renovated apartment on the 1st floor offers a great view with direct access to the hiking trail network. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso machine, oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper, as well as the most important cooking utensils. In the private garden area you can soak up the sun and eat comfortably. In addition, there is a storage room, so bicycles can also be safely stored.

Our chats

Our cottage is located in a semi-secluded forest by the Stropnice River. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they are not visible from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the terrace. There is no wifi in the cottage, so enjoy the time spent together.
