Arbeitstisch, Kaffeemaschine Delizio, grosses Doppelbett (180x200 cm) und eigener Sitzplatz im idyllischen Garten sorgen für Freiraum und Erholung. Sehr zentral gelegen ist es ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten und Ausflüge.

Our paradise invites you to relax. The guest room and bathroom as well as the living room (where there is a small fridge, a Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle) are located in the attic with beautiful views of Lake Walen and the Churfirsten. OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES Our cat also lives in the attic, which shares the bathroom and the living room. It has a parking in front of the house and a seating area with a fireplace. Within 15 - 30 minutes you can reach the well-known ski resorts such as Grüsch Danusa, Fideriser Heuberge or the Davos Klosters cable cars by car. Due to the elevated position of the apartment, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Prättigau. The apartment is also suitable for children.
