One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the first floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Traditional architecture combined with modern and contemporary interior design, which includes natural materials such as stone and wood of Larch, Stone Pine and Oak, create a homely feeling. Generous, well thought-out room layouts, lots of light and functional kitchen design create a very high level of living comfort. Cesa del Panigas - THE NEST

An attic, in a 17th-century barn at 1500 meters, overlooking the mountains and renovated in 2023 with antique woods and local stones. The apartment consists of a dining area with equipped kitchen, as well as a large living room with fireplace and large sofa bed, a comfortable bathroom with shower and a "refuge" with 2 additional beds. The apartment's strengths are the spacious balcony facing east overlooking Santa Maddalena, to enjoy the morning sun in front of a nice breakfast and treat yourself to moments of relaxation, and the brand new private sauna in pine wood. By staying at our farmhouse, you will also have the opportunity to buy our farm products such as honey and aromatic herbs.

A newly renovated apartment in the center of Bolzano located next to a park. An ideal starting point for exploring Bolzano and the Dolomites. All restaurants, bars and public transportation are within walking distance. 8 minutes walk to the train station. The Bolzano Card is includes free public transportation and the cable car to Renon. For travelers in July and August: NO Aircondition. We provide a fan though. Best WiFi in town: 1.000 Mbps.
